Friends breakfast is served, let's get together to do justice to it as it's still steaming and spicy too. Wondering what kind of breakfast is this? This is white rice and beans with spicy tomatoes stew and a sizeable cow skin the very way I like it. Also, wondering why it's served in a leaf? That makes it Africa way. Before the invention of plates and eating utensils, this leaf served as plates for us in Africa especially in most parts of my country Nigeria. Other leaves are used for that purpose. And most are still being used today mainly in restaurants because most people don't want to be served with a plate and a spoon that someone else has used. A little way to prevent infection.

It's like a tradition, old ways of eating. Also, i think it gives it a special taste😂. Maybe it's just me but whenever i go to a gather and I've served with a leaf it taste different
I the leaf gives it a special taste too. For example moi moi cooked with a plastic or nylon doesn't taste as good as that in leaves
