Searching for success on the Blockchain and Web 3 I have always been a lover of Blockchain, Web 3 and cryptocurrency for a long time now, and as far as wanting to profit from these systems I have been more of an unarmed militant, because, not having technical skills or being a developer, I do not feel as capable as many others on this space. My way of engagement and striving to achieve success has been through dissemination of information, via blogging on a daily basis. I have tried in the past to team up with some people who are more tech savvy than I am to implement some promising projects in the past, but often felt left behind and become demotivated. I only have to settle for blogging which is more convenient for me to do. Being someone living with disability, it was hard for me to compete in the labour market for a job after graduation from university. The Blockchain and Web 3 therefore become my only hope of making a living. This is what I have been doing for over 6 years now. Throughout these years I have looked for a way to get ahead with my family. My family is small: my wife, my 3 kids and I. In this search, I have had mixed luck: either things have gone very well or they have gone very badly. And as the nature of crypto is, every time things are going well, and I am making plans to upgrade my living conditions something bad happens to me. It's either the crypto market crashed or my wallet got hacked. I have experienced wallet hacking about two times with my crypto assets taken away without a trace. Nevertheless, I keep pushing on this path and not falter in my attempts to have a more peaceful life. I do not dream of great luxuries but of being able to feel peace inside and outside myself and my home. For me, that is true success and it is my ambition. That is why I continue to push myself as much as I can, with the desire to be able to raise funds to start a small physical business that can feed my family, so that there will be less reliance on my online grinding revenue which has never been enough in the first place. While being at that, I continue to have setbacks that do not let me sleep at night. I have become a more closed person and have no friends to share my concerns with. My wife has been sick for sometimes now, and I have only looked for a way to get ahead and overcome the great crisis that many Nigerian graduates without jobs have experienced. My driving force in life is my wife, she is my only pain, not being able to take care of her as I should, not being able to comply with her medicines or various treatments that she must undergo, even I have days when we have not been able to buy adequate food at home, and I cannot even think about ulcer treatment. The only solution has been to go to the medicine store to get some drugs without proper diagnosis of the ailments. To be honest, this is what made me panic and feel helpless, because, since I got married, my wife has always been there for me and the family. She has played the role of a mother and a father in my neither my brother nor I can do the same. Forgive me if I am venting, but thank you for reading. With much respect and humility, I invite you to support me in any way you can, to be able to get ahead, to feel useful and also to be able to find meaning in this life. I have not yet lost the dream of achieving success on the Blockchain and Web 3, but it will come as I manage to improve myself. I am also open to any kind of digital work that can be paid especially content writing, I have experience as a community manager and making small advertising designs from Canva. That's all for now. Thanks for reading.
