Got an activity for a job today as I mentioned before. In the email, they told us to avoid caffeine as it can cause the hands to shake... I have shakey hands at the moment and not because I have had caffeine but because of a fantastic little companion anxiety. HA fantastic. Right now I just want to go home and curl up watch netflix and do NOTHING. I've never been the type to just go home when things get too hard though.
