I'm craving for Akara. 😁. This was home made by one of my daughters a few weeks back. Akara or bean cake is one snack that you must prepare with extra care. It can become watery if the mixture goes wrong. 😁 Many families make a good living from frying and selling Akara. It's made of beans, smoothly blended in powder form, onions, pepper, water, salt added and a deep oil fry done. It cannot be eaten in secret cos of its special aroma. 💟. Children are lovers of Akara. Once you promise to buy Akara for a child, he/she will stop crying immediately 😁
