Have you ever noticed that you easily get tired even if you didn't do anything? That sometimes you feel so drained even if you just talked to your friends?
There are times in our life that we didn't notice that certain things that we do drain our energy too much. Things that's been part of our life that we thought it's ok because no one told us that it's not good for our body, both physically and mentally, so keep on doing it not realizing that it's one of the reasons why we easily get tired, why we easily drain our energy.

Here are some stuff or habits that we do that we should try to limit or avoid doing for us to save our energy. Not just to save energy but also to give ourselves some peace of mind.
Stressing about things you can't control
Worrying about things that are happening in our life is not good for our mental health. It is another way of stressing ourselves about things that we cannot control and we should limit this habit. There are things that are just beyond our control and that no matter what we do, no matter how much we think about it, there's nothing we can do about it. This may sound cliche but let's try not to worry over things that is not yet happening and focus on the things that we can do something about. Most of the time, the things that we worry about are not really happening so why worry, if it will only waste your time and energy.
Taking everything personally
This one is common that is always happening to us. Honestly we don't have to take things personally or seriously. Not all things that happening around us is about us and most of the time we are just paranoid. Most of the time it is just our mind that is feeding us of such things but hey as long as no one is confirming that it is about you or that it is really you, stop wasting your time taking it personally because it is not really about you. You may have the same situation or same scenario but it happens. Enjoy life and just try to laugh on things that making you paranoid because the chances that it is not about you is high. Remember as long as no one is confirming that its about you stop thinking about it and ignore what you are hearing. Time is too precious to waste over things that is not about you.
Fueling your body with crap
Fueling your body with a crap is also called negative thinking. It is also thinking of negative things that is coming your way. It also not productive and it only drains you because you are feeding your soul with too much nonsense that it already affects you and the people around you. Remember, being negative is not a part of the solution most of the time, it creates more problem. So try to focus on things that will give you solution and always think positive.
Trying to please everyone
Pleasing everyone will only make your life miserable, and besides we can never ever please everyone around us. All we can do is please ourselves and try to be the best version of ourselves. Don't waste your energy pleasing someone for them to accept you. It is still much better if they are going to accept you for who you are and not just because you please them. Just be the best version of yourself, be happy with who you are and you will attract the right people who are meant to be with you.
Dwelling on the past
Past gives us good and bad memories, it gives us a lesson that is not easy to forget but the reason it is called "past" is because we already learned a lesson from it and we will never passed that way again. It's okay to reminisce the past but we have to let it go for us to face the new challenge of today and learned from it too. Holding on to the past will only gives us regrets and lots of what ifs. Let's start enjoying the what is and try to lessen the what ifs. Anyway we are living at the moment, we are living at the present and not for the past, don't let your past be a hindrance or drain your energy to enjoy what you have today.
Complaining
Yes, there are so many things that happening around us that we do not like but that doesn't give us the privilege to complain. Complaining projects negativity, complaining makes you see all the negative aspects of life and people doesn't want to be around with a person who keeps on complaining and spread skepticism. Instead of complaining let's try to be grateful, let's try to look on the brighther side. Do something productive instead and try to shine with everything you do. This will make your life bright and shiny too instead of wasting your energy complaining.
Toxic People and gossip
There are people who really can't find a way to appreciate the life that they had. They are the toxic people who always complains, who always radiates negative energy and just can't find anything beautiful. Sometimes they are the ones who like to discuss and create drama. They like to talk about other people's career or other people's relationship. These type of people will not do you any good, and being like one is also not good. Because while you talk about other people's relationship or achievement you keep on looking for something negative about them too and it will only create a feeling of jealousy. Try not to spend too much time looking at other people's lives instead focus on your own life and make it better. There are so much to see and to work out on our own life, let's aim for self improvement.
Let's try to avoid these habits and let's refocus ourselves on making our life more beautiful, more meaningful. Wasting our energy doing these is just a waste of time and it will only create self doubt and more negative attitudes that will hindrance growth and success.
