Hello everyone one just wanna share this recipe To those who love pineapple pie, heres an easy step i followed. Ingredients 1 can Pineapple Tidbits or Crushed (450g) 1 cup white or raw sugar ( i used washed sugar 😅) ½ cup cornstarch 2 ½ cups water (the ½ is for the cornstarch) sliced bread Procedure Bring to boil the 2 cups of water Put the pineapple, no need to remove the syrup Boil it again then put the sugar mix well Till some of the water evaporates or if the color turns to brownish color Then dissolved the cornstarch in the ½ cup of water Put it in the pineapple mixture, mix till it thickens. Let it cool Bread remove the side parts. Flatten the bread using a glass or a rolling pin Then put the filling Cover it and seal ot using a fork show on picture I used a whole wheat bread here.. 😅😅😅 its hard to seal hehehe .. used the white bread instead..
