Chicken with Pork Adobo Chicken adobo is one of my favorite Filipino dish, so here's the recipe of how I cooked it. ***Ingredients:*** 1/2 kilo pork cut in adobo size 1/2 kilo chicken cut in adobo size 3pcs garlic cloves minced (for saute) 5pccs garlic cloves crushed (for marinade) 3pcs bay leaves 1 tsp black pepper 1 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup vinegar (you can use whatever vinegar you like according to your taste) 1 tablespoon cooking oil ***Procedure:*** Wash the pork and meat properly, then mix it. Put the 1 cup soy sauce, 1/2 vinegar, 1tsp black pepper, 3pcs bay leaves and 5 pcs garlic cloves crushed. Mix it well and let it marinate at least one hour, then put it on refrigerator. After an hour of marinating the meat, prepare a pan, make sure to set aside the marinade. Put the 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, saute the minced garlic then put the marinated meat and cooked it until the color becomes golden brown. Pork and chicken has different levels of tenders so cook it separately. After you sauteed all the meat, put them all together in the pan. Pour the marinade you set aside. Then let it simmer for 15-20 minutes in a low medium heat. Then add some water for tenderizer purposes. Stir accasionaly to get the caramelized texture. Once the meats already tender and the sauce caramelized it's all done and ready to serve. Enjoy your, chicken and pork adobo 😋😋
