Want to have a healthy and delicious veggies? Well try this chopsuey recipe.

Ingredients:

1 piece red onion

3 pcs garlic clove minced

2 tablespoon soy sauce

4 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tsp powdered pepper

1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

1 tablespoon salt

2 tablespoon flour

2 pcs bell pepper (red & green sliced)

Sayote 164.8 grams

Carrots 74.2 grams

Baguio bean 75grams

Young corn 74grams

Baguio Pechay 175grams

Pork liver 175grams (small cut)

Pork 120 grams (small cut)

2 cups water

Oil for cooking

Procedure:

  1. Prepare the pan put 2 tablespoon of oil. Saute the pork liver into half cooked. Then set aside.

  2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Saute the garlic minced, red onion and the pork meat. When the meat color turns into golden brown, add the sayote, next carrots, next Baguio beans, next young corn then put the 2 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir it to mix. Then add water let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.

  3. After 2-3 minutes add the 4tablespoon of oyster sauce, powdered pepper, 1 tablespoon of sugar and the salt stir to mix it well. Put aslo the bell pepper.

  4. In a small amount of water dissolve the 2 tablespoon of flour then add it on. Put the Baguio Pechay and add 1 cup water again. Let it simmer and add the pork liver you set aside.

  5. When the sauce already reduced and thickens then it's ready to serve.
