Understanding the dynamic of distance relationship Love can happen anywhere and anyhow. Not everyone who got married had a short distance relationship experience. Many had a long distance relationship. Whether we like it or not, distance relationship is a life mainstay because of the many uncontrollable and unforeseen factors of life. While some are succeeding at it, others are not. Distance relationship is as same as the short distance relationship except that the two lovers don't see often in person. At this juncture, I would also like to say that distance relationship is not for everybody because it requires an *EXTRA EFFORT.* People who can't and won't be willing and ready to give it that extra effort shouldn't enter it in the first place. Therefore, today I write to educate you on the dynamics of a distance relationship. 📌 *You won't see often:* One characteristics of a distance relationship is the "non physical presence" factor. This can span from a week to a year or even years. Therefore don't expect to see them often. However, make yourselves available as often as the opportunity presents itself. 📌 *Greater understanding is required:* Sometimes some issues may arise. For instance a scheduled visit or date may be rescheduled or even cancelled. And this could hit you hard like a sledge hammer. But you must understand with the other partner. 📌 *Greater patience is required:* Long distance relationship requires a great deal of patience from both lovers. And those who lack it shouldn't enter it in the first place. 📌 *Communicate often:* You can't enter into a distance relationship and would not be willing to communicate often or at all with your lover. You must communicate not just often but for a long period of time. You can't be away from your lover for like a week or a month and when you eventually call them through the phone you will just ask how they are doing in one minute and drop the phone. Please chat, chat and chat. You could talk for minutes why not. Are there not your lover? Communication helps distance relationship immeasurably. 📌 *Discuss your future marital plans more:* Since you don't see often, whenever you're chatting, discuss more your future marital plans because that will reiterate your sincerity of purpose and commitment to them. 📌 *Be committed and faithful to them:* Your lover may not be around you on in sight, this doesn't and mustn't encourage insincerity and cheating. Double dating is not part of the deal. 📌 *Wishes, encouragements and prayers are required:* Whenever you're chatting, ask or find out about their wellbeing, health, career/job, business, etc. Should there be a challenge somewhere, wish them well, encourage them and pray with/for them. 📌 *It shouldn't be too long:* No distance relationship should be too long. Please prayerfully trust God for provision to marry as soon as you can. As you can see from the highlighted points, not everyone will fare well in a distance relationship because of its demands. If you know you can't give it what it requires, please don't enter it. thanks for reading.

The party i attended yesterday Happy Sunday everyone. As we all know, Saturday are for event either marriage, Burial or even birthday. But the one I attend was a birthday party. A friend of mine, my personal person, my course mate infact my real guy (smiles) invited me for his uncle 70years birthday party, he invited me 3 weeks before the day, so I told him i will be around, infact i promise him to be around a day to so that I can help him out with some arrangement. He told me the party will hold in school sport complex (uniben sport complex). So I went to my house in school on Friday, and the event will be holding on Saturday, so I came to school on friday, I did some arrangement in my room (rat scatter my room) so I was unable to meet with my guy that Friday so as to help him out. So yesterday which is Saturday, I went to meet him at sports complex so as to help him out with some arrangement, so to greatest surprise the place was already well arranged and decorated. The place was were decorated that I taught it was a marriage reception. I ask my my friend who is uncle his, and he said he is a pastor (G.O) so i said no wonder, the place was well organized and decorated. Indeed you will know it a big man party. Ushers well ground to usher people in, caterer was on ground, round tables every where with basin at the center of each table. So I told my guy I was going home to get dressed since everything is already set. So I went home to freshen up, I had my hair got. So I went back to the place and return later. The party was to start by 12pm but because of Africa man time it started 1pm. So when the celebrant and his family came to the event center, they were usherd in by march ban, omon those march ban was well kit, and they played well, so the celebrant and his family march in to their seat. But before then everyone was standing to welcome them in. And the event commence. It was a Christian party, no dj but choirs were around to sing song. They were alot of camera on ground, the party was stream life. They was alot of dignitary and personality, people with fashion and people without fashion. While the event was on going, the celebrant and his family were ask to go out and snap though to the excess lighting in the hall, while this was going on cake was place on each table. They were 150 round table, and one was place in my table, but it was just me and my friend that sat on the table, my friend was among incharge of the drink so had to left. After the phtograph session, the celebrant and his family with all those who went out to snap photography match in with a song rendered by the match ban they all came in. The cake that was placed on my table was taken By those who shared it, because i was the only one at the time, so they took it to another table. So my friend instructed those sharing drinks that they should put many drink on my table, each tables was serve a wine, and also drinks and can water and the celebrant picture was printed on the can water. So i open on drink and drank it because i was thirty and it was chilled, So while song was been played by the choir, a guy walk up to my table and ask me if they is anyone on the table, i said no that he can sit with us, since it just be and my friend that was sharing the table. So I told him to take drink from the bowl. ( I gave the guy chance and he took chances) so he collect one malt, while I also took one. So it was time for the cake to be cut and make toast, so we had to open the wine, the guy I allowed to sit on our table was the one to rush and open the wine and pour on his cup, so were so many wine sounds (pun. I.e sound of the opening wine) they were about 150 times which was open at the same time, so we make toast and the celebrate cut the cake, they was birthday cake lighting on the cake, so after cutting of the cake, we pray for the celebrate. So they started sharing food, it was mostly fried rice and jalof rice, moi moi, some new food that I havent seen or heard the name before, each plate of food was serve with chicken wings( the wing was eatable including the bone it was that soft). So I was serve fried rice and chicken with one new food I haven't seen, but I like it when I tried it out, my friend was serving jallof rice and one noodles like that with chicken as well, like wise the guy sitting on our table, same with mine. So we began to eat, it was the guy that ate is own first, so he said that he won't eat the chicken here, that he want to take it home, he even offer to give me nylon incase I want to take my own home, so I said I will eat mine here, and I did, I didn't left a bone, because I was easy to crack and chew. So we all took one drink each to compliments the food, the guy was still asking for another plate, so the caterer said that they have already served our table that they is no way he can give him food again, so the guy kept insisting, so he was served signapore noodle with chicken along, the caterer told him the fried and jalof rice has finish. The guy was asking my friend what kind of food is this, so I told him to just eat the chicken and leave the food, the guy put the chicken inside his nylon bag, so when the caterer was parking plate she discover that the guy didn't eat the food, so we ask her what the name of the food was, then she said it was Singapore noodles. It was remaining 3 drinks in our bowl with one chivita juice, so the guy said that we all should collect one drink each and we should also share the juice. So I told him no. That the juice is mine that I will be taken it home, so he said no problem, the guy collected 2 drinks and gave my guy one and after which he left our table. My friend was laughing and said where did I see the guy. So we just let the matter slide. What surprise me the most is that this is my first time I have attend a party that people didn't spray, they were men on ground who can spray 50k and it will look like they are starting, the party was for people to come and eat, dine and celebrate with the celebrant. When it was 5pm the celebrant gave his vote of thanks, and then the media began to play good will message, people all over the world were wishing him happy birthday, because his church is international also the celebrant is the founded of the church

The best noodle I have ever eaten Every since indomie (noodle) came out I have been a fan of it, I have eaten almost all types of indomie of different size and shape, such as chiki indomie, indomitable indomie, super pack, belleful, hungry man and so many other, like wise the cooking process I have tried out several method of cooking it. The normal method, which is boiling the indomie and put the ingredients and allow it to try, I have cooked the pepper soup kind which is not allowing the water to dried and putting extra pepper on it before taking it from the fire, I have cook the myshei method, I have cook it with red oil, ground nut oil, I have burst egg into it, and I have also tried fried egg, I have use cry fish to cook it and many more, and I have also purchase it from myshei store, but to be frank to you all it nothing compare to the one I was serve yesterday at where I went to repair my laptop, that one was called pepper soup indomie, I swear if u taste that particular indomie you will just automatically fall inlove with indomie even if u dont like indomie before. Yesterday me and my cousin brother went to mission road to fix our laptop, because he once work at mission road, he was a computer engineer before he was given admission to study in Ekpoma state university, mine was screen issue while is own was battery issue. Although i have once made enquire concerning my laptop in his absent while he was in school, so as soon as he came back we just want to fix the laptop. Mine was fixedbat #8000 while he purchased his own laptop 3 at #14,000. So he decided to test run the battery to know if it a good one. Then we went to do some purchase. And after some hours, I told him I was hungry, so he said that we should go and get food, I know my cousin brother very wellnhe is not the type that eat outside food like me, rather he prefer snack, so I was surprised when he said let go and get pepper soup indomie, I was confused, so I asked him which one is pepper soup indomie again, the only one I know myshei which is either indomie and egg or indomie and bread, so he said that we just go that i would love it, and i said for him to recommend it, it must be really good, so we went to a beer parlor, and he said that they should do pepper soup indomie for him, at first I was confused because I know beer parlor don't do or sell indomie, the sales girl responded that pepper soup indomie with fish #800, with goat meat #900 with turkey wing #1,000. So we ordered 2 plate of pepper soup indomie with goat meat. So the girl left to prepare it, I was thinking maybe after they finished cooking they will pour pepper soup on top orb bring the indomie alone side with the person soup. After 20 mins the girl brought the food, low and behold it was very presentable and the scent was irrestitable, i was amazed, the plate contain indomie, slice leaf, goat meat, and there was no pepper soup water, but if you taste it, it taste like pepper soup, so we bought chilled water to follow up. I swear to God that was the best indomie I have ever eaten. It taste really good that I was tempted to ask the sales girl for the recipe. But I think it was cook with pepper soup water instead of normal water for the boiling of the indomie.

How i almost loss my way inside my own state. How I nearly loss my way (nipost office and nipost community). It was on Saturday morning, I was in my bed, after doing my house chores when a friend of mine who once stayed in Nigeria, ask me if I were chance so that I can go to help her cousin to get a smart phone, because he knew my sisters was selling phone Back then while he was in Nigeria, and I told him that I will be free, but I dont have enough transport fee, if the his cousin is going to sponsor my T-fare, trust be told that particular week I was just having only #100 with me because i have just recently fixed my phone, I was thinking of how to even see money to pay for offering in church the next day which is sunday, so he said that I should not worry, that he his going to give his cousin money for transportation, so I calculated my transportation fare to and for which was about #500, and I told him, so he said no pro, and he send my number to his cousin so that she could call me on where to meet. So after 30 minutes of our chat conversation his cousin called me and we agreed to meet at total filling station by 11am. So I used my last money on me to transport to new Benin, and when I got to the filling station she was not there, so I called her, and just few minutes she came to meet me, so we then move to ring road, she was the one who paid the transport fare, so I took her to my sister who was selling phone, but before then I ask her which kind of phone she would love to buy and how much did she budget for, she said infinix phone and she budgeted #40k. So when we got to the place, I asked my sisters to bring out infinix phone, she bought out infinx spark 8, infinix hot 10 and some other higher infinix phone, so I ask her how much for each of them, to cut the long story short, the amount the girl was unable to afford infinx, so we had to go for techno pop, which was #43,000. So I called my friend through WhatsApp to tell him about the phone, and I also snap the phone to him, so he made transaction direct from south Africa to my sister who was selling the phone, so after that the phone and receipt was given to her cousin sister, My friend ask me to go to nipost office so that I can make acquire on how much to send something from Nigeria to south Africa, and how many days or weeks it will take, I didn't know that is going to lead me to where I was going to loss, so he told his cousin sister to give me #1,000 as my transport, so that I can go back home, truth be told, the Nipost office is not far from ring road, but I didnt know and beside i haven't been to the office before, so I search on google map, it was that day I found out that google map can loss somebody, my friend told me that the place is in airport road, so when I get to airport road, I saw vehicles going down airport road, so I asked where is nipost, the mistake i made was that I didn't say Nipost office, i didn't know that they is a community called Nipost, so I enter the motor, and when the motor got to the park, the driver asked me to go and meet the keke driver and tell them that I was going to nipost, which i did, the keke said #300, I was wondering if the place was that far. Assuming i know I would have called my friend and ask, so I enter the keke, the place was very far, we pass oba river it was as if I was traveling, on getting to the park,I got down from the keke, and the man said I will enter bike to go to the Nipost, I was happy that I have almost gotten to the place, so I enter bike #150, so the bike made drive me to the nipost community and said this area is Nipost, I was confused, I ask him where is there office, he said he didn't know, so I say a lady in the place, and I asked her where is nipost office, and she said that here is nipost community, that nipost office is close to ring road, near oba palace, this time around, I was already tired, I checked my wallet it remaining #500, so I told the bike man to take me back to the park, my phone ba3 was almost down, so I called my friend and I explain to him, and he said that the place is very close to ring road, that I should not get upset, for the time and money wasted, so I return back to airport road junction on getting to the junction, on the left hand side i saw their banner, it was very small, someone cannot easily notify it, so I went there to make d enquire, after that I went to look for bank to redraw money because they was no money on my hand. I just thank God that i could find my way home, Benin city is very big.

How i started cooking. My name is Moses, I am the last born of my parents, all my siblings have all grown up, so it just remaining only me one at home, my dad was a civil servant before he finally retired, while my mom is a trader. My mom always wake up at 5am every day on a daily bass, except the day she wasn't going to market, my mom is the first person to wake up in our house even while my older siblings were still staying with us, she will wake up, do the dishes, cook and then leave the house, so while we wake up, it just for my senior siblings to wash plate, sweep the house, and also bath, food is always ready, especially morning food, then in the evening, my overall senior sisters will go to the market to collect what she will cook and she will cook the food for everyone to eat, and she started teaching every one ones how to cook, despite that my mom is busy every morning because she is going to the market, she also create time, so that she can be with us. And also teach everyone how to do domestic chores, but she just prefer doing it her self. After many years all my siblings have gone, so were in school, while some in their husband house, some decided to stay on their own so that they can start their own life. I was the only one at home with my parents, due to the fact that I am the last born, my mom pet me very well, she always get snack for me anytime she is coming from the market, even till date, that because i am still around in the house, before I wake up every morning my mom has already cooked, some times she will also cook what I will eat even in the afternoon, mine own is just to wash plate, sweep the room, and warm the food. As time goes on I decided to be staying near my mom while she is cooking, that because I will soon be going to higher institution, and I dont like eaten outside food, and beside the money was not even there, my senior brother in higher institution told me that school life is only sweet when you have money, which i can say is the truth because I have experience it. I started getting closer to the kitchen, so my mom noticed, and ask me why, I told her I wanted to learn how to cook, and she said no pro, but just that it will be only in the evening time, because she cant be waiting for me to wake up in the morning before she start cooking, so I said OK. So some times my mom will tell me that I will be the one to warm 2moro morning food, probably if she wakes up later, so although i was learning, my mom only restricted me to cooking of rice, while she will come to make stew, i also cook indomie, spaghetti, and also make eba. So I just decided to be learning even though I was not given the chance to cook, so when I got admission to higher institution then I know that this is my chance to improve on my cooking skills. So before I left to my house which was in school, I like my privacy and that was why i rented an apartment in school, so I meet my mom and I was having paper and biro with me, I told her she should put me through on the step of how to cook all kind of soup including my favorite soup which is banga soup, so I put all of them down on my book, and I also snap and send the book to my email in case I lost it, and I told my mom to buy me some ingredients such as groundnut, melon and ogbolo, and I grind them and took them along with me to school. When I get to school I was cooking rice, beans, indomie, and spaghetti, so I them decide to try out one of the soup, truth be told it wasn't easy, then I know the difference between life practical and observing pratical. The first soup i cook was fried egusi soup. I was looking at my book to know what and what to do next, I ended up cooking the soup with a lot of peppers, so i just manage the food, after that I cook another soup. And I was also looking at the book in other for me to know what and what to do, I kept on doing this for like 2 weeks, and after while I master it, right now I can bodly say i can cook any time of soup that i can eat without reading any book, and trust me my food is really good, all throughout my stay in school i havent use my money to buy food, because I know that same money can get me home cook food which i will be satisfied.

Is this foolishness or smartness A friend of mine, keep back from epkoma last week, and he told me and my brother that we have event to go for the weekend, that his former landlord of the house he was staying in Benin before he got admission to school in ekpoma which is usually know as ekp. So at first I told me, that I wont be chance, that was due to financial issues, but before the main day of the event, someone gave me money, so I told him that I will go alone with them. Trust be told, even if I don't have transport to go, my friend and my brother are good to go that is they can even sponsor me without it shaking them, but I don't want to be a burden or something, to cut the long story short, we decide to go to the place, the transport fare to go and come was just #300. So we all took a bus to new Benin, my guy paid for us, so he said that the want to go and see the landlady of the house, and also go to his work place b4 going for the burial, we all agreed, so we took another bus again, same amount #300 which my friend pay for, so after see the landlady, we decided to go to ring road, and then I decide to pay for the 3 of us, so I paid, on our way coming back my junior brother paid the transport fare, so we then decided to go for the burial ceremony and as at this time. It already 4pm. So on our way to the event center, my friend redraw 5k so that he can spray for the event. So when we got there we went to the canopy of the lady who invited my friend, and she serve us food and drink, and after which we waited to spray her. By this time, my friend has already changed the money to notes, why my junior brother came prepared, so he change 3k, I was the only one who didn't change, but I know my brother and my friend won't leave me hanging, so my friend gave me 1k to change, so it was the time for the people will came to see to dance at her father funeral. Trust be told, the lady didnt regard us that well compare to her other guest, but yet we didn't mind, so when it was time for we to spread, me, my brother and friend came out to spray, I just spray mine and went to sit down, while my brother and my friend was still spraying, they also do transfer for those people changing money, so they continue spraying, after they are done, my friend signal the girl that we are leaving, so we left the place on getting to where we are going to take bus, we saw a lot of crowd waiting for buses, and this only happens when raining is falling or when they is hold up on the way. So my friend went to pos to withdrawal money, so that he can use for transport and also for movement the other day, which was Sunday, so after he collect the money, we were waiting for motor, no motor going to our direction was fort coming, so I suggest we move up ward, because normal we have 2 places we can enter the vehicle on a normal day, 1 side is #100, and the other side charge #200. So we move up ward we saw a vehicle and the driver said #300 per person. My friend and my brother was complaining that it on the high side, and besides no rain fell, so I told them that we should enter, that I don't mind hanging on the motor, because i know that it will get to a time, we won't see any motor, or it will be up to #500 by then. They said no it too high, and I said OK, since I don't have any money on me. So my brother said we should wait for some time, and it already 6:40, my friend has 2 new android phone with him, so. He said that we should be walking, so after we waited for some minute no motor was coming again, so we started trelking. My friend couldn't trek because he was put on shoe, so he decided to buy slippers which cost him #350. The place was very far, I know that it possible to trek but it will take out time, it like 3 hours Journey. So aftee we trek for some minute, my friend complained of muscle pool, and I complain I was getting tired, my brother was motivated us. So we kept on going, so we all decided that once we get to a particular place we are going to stop, and when we get there, we saw a suya spot, my brother went there to price it and they agreed on a price, so my brother brought out 1k, my friend add #500 so they bought the sugar for #1,500. And I told them why didn't then enter the motor, they said that it was quite expensive that the driver wants to exhort them, and beside the suya will be for our nourishment and I said no pro. So we all ate the suya, and waited for some minute to see if we can see a vehicle, as we were waiting, we saw a danfo motor which was empty, then we hop in an many other people also hop in, that was how we saw a free motor after eating the suya,😂

Benefits of Yoga: Should it be Done on an Empty Stomach? Many people are turning to yoga to be fit, active, and agile. It benefits in a variety of ways, including improving flexibility, strength, and posture, as well as reducing stress and promoting relaxation. Along with physical exercise, nutrition and food are critical components of fitness. As a result, it's important to know if yoga should be done on an empty stomach or not. Some.expert buy the ideal of yoga to be done on empty stomach while others dont buy, mrs david agrees that yoga should be done on empty stomach while mr kelvin disagree (both of them are expert on the field) reasons below. Mr kelvin believes that having something to eat before beginning your morning workout is essential. To restart your metabolism, it should be light and not too heavy. "Before we begin our day, we must put in some fuel. One date or two half fruits to restart your metabolism and then be able to power the rest of your exercise with yoga," he said. Mrs David on the other hand, recommends performing yoga on an empty stomach to get the most out of your breathwork. "I believe yoga should be done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to avoid disrupting the breath that you regulate from within," she explained. While they have opposing viewpoints, they both passionately believe that you know your body better than anybody else. As a result, it's essential to pay attention to and comprehend what your body is attempting to tell you, and then act accordingly. They said that if doing yoga on an empty stomach suits you better, go ahead and do it. If, on the other hand, you believe you need anything to help you get a better start, make it a part of your daily routine. Note: Some things work for some people while they don't for others. What we must understand is every body is different and therefore reacts very differently. What it really comes down to is you understanding your body and what it likes and what it doesn't. It's about really tuning in and understanding what your body is trying to tell you. It's so important to be able to listen when your body is signaling whether good or bad".

Why i don't having crush Greeting dear readers, Having a crush to some extent it is good while to some extent it is not good, like what my dad will always say, what have advantage also has disadvantage. First of all let me start by defining crush. Crush: according to English dictionary, it means An infatuation or affection for someone you are not dating. I always have this feeling on crush on someone, but i dont end up telling the person how I feel, until when the person end up with another person, then I will then open up. Having crush on someone is good, but when you dont tell the person how you feel it will become bad, many people tend to develop their feeling (crush) for someone, and end up not telling the person how they feel for them because of the fear of rejection, although most crush lead to rejection while some dont, so many people might have feelings for you, but won't tell you, because they are afraid of rejection, but I just discovered that it best to let it out, irrespective of rejection or not, by so doing you heart is free and the person might even respond well to you, (i.e the person might also have the same feeling for you). Back then in my secondary school days, there was a girl in by class, she was clever and also very beautiful, many boys in our class has eye on her, or better still crushing over her, truth be told, I have crush for her, and I was afraid to tell them, because I know alot of boys more handsome and their parents are rich who is having crush on her, and also her parents was wealthy, i just said to myself, no need for me to even try, so that she won't turn me down, so I was just crushing although she noticed, but she didn't say a word, that was because she was waiting for me to speak up, and I was afraid to, until one day, one of her friend told me that Chidima (that the girl name) was having crush on me, I didn't believe because I know alot of boys who was having crush on her, so I decided to be friends with her, so that I can know if she like or love me, to my surprise the feeling I have for her was mutual, since that day, till now, I don't hide my feelings for anyone I love or better still I don't nurse my crush, I just tell the person how I feel for her, it up to her to respond well or not. Me and chidima was girl friend and boyfriend, until our senior secondary school exam, (Neco) and she travel out of the country, and we lost contact.

Who nor fit climb tree na from Ground he dy talk. This is a very strong proverb in Nigeria, this word has a strong meaning, to be frank I haven't heard this word before, until last week, my dad use the word during my cousin sister introduction "Who nr fit climb tree na from ground he go talk" my dad is typical Benin man, he is the odionwera of his street (the first person to move into a street, and the street is been named after him) I love to be around my dad, because he is full of wisdom, the always have a proverb for every situation. During my cousin sister introduction he made a strong proverb, that I was tempting to ask what he meant, by it. The proverb goes like this "Who nr fit climb tree na from ground he go talk, not when he or she has climb half way" It was on sunday last week that my uncle told my dad that his daughter will be doing introduction and he want him to be there, that because my dad is the overall senior and beside my dad and my uncle build there house on the same street, intact it just one building different if not there house would have be close to each other. So on sunday afternoon, the soon to be inlaws came to my uncle house, so my uncle took them to meet my dad, as custom demands, so after few meeting of introduction, they all went to my uncle house, because that the introduction is taken place and that where the woman who they want to marry is (my cousin sis). I was opportune to be in the parlour with them to see, how introduction is been done, I have never witnessed how it is done. So my dad, my uncle and his wife sat at the parlour, while the soon to be in law and his family member consisting of his father, mother, sister and his brother. So we all sat at the parlour, then my uncle welcome them, and the man who came to do introduction, introduce him self and his family, while my dad welcome them and then ask what brought them here. Then the boy father said, that they saw a beautiful flower in my uncle compound, so because of her that why then came to see us, so my uncle said that good, then my dad then ask if the boy has first of all discuss the matter with my cousin sister, then he said yes, so my dad then called my cousin sister out, and ask him if he know all this people here, and she said yes, so my dad then ask her which one of them is her husband to me, then she point him out, after that my dad made this proverb "Who nr fit climb tree na from ground he go talk, nr be when he don climb half way, then everyone laugh. So my dad advised my cousin sister and her husband to be, the meaning of the proverb, which is "Who nr fit climb tree na from ground he go talk" meaning that marriage is good, but one thing is certain, they is no hurry in marriage, and also you dont force anyone or anybody to marriage, just like if you can't climb a tree, you speak up while you are on the ground, not when you climb half way,you start complaining, so likewise for marriage, if you know you don't love or value youself, they is no need of you both to enter into marriage, and also marriage is a life time thing, so after all the advise, my cousin sister and the husband to be was ask to kneel down while my dad, my uncle and his wife, likewise the boy parents both pray for them. And after ward they was light refreshments, although it didn't get to me, due to the people on ground was more than what was prepared for, but after everything my cousin sister gave a special package. And after that day, the proverb get on ringing on my mind, " Who nr fit climb tree na from ground he go talk" to me it means that some should learn to say his or her mind, no matter what, so that people won't start assuming. To know him is to love him If you don't know a person, you can't love that person, infact you might end up hating that person due to what u heard or seen the person doing, they is no love with friendship, all love start with friendship, you must first of all get to know a person before you can determine if the person is bad or good. "That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death" (Philippians 3:10). Notice what the Apostle Paul said in the In phill 3:10: “That I may know him….”This was his dream, because to know Him (Jesus) is to love Him. Anyone who doesn’t love Jesus doesn’t know Him. If they ever get to know who He is, they’ll most certainly fall in love with Him. The more you know Jesus, the more you love Him. Hallelujah. It brings to mind the story of Paul before his conversion. He was a Pharisee and a member of the critic—religious sect that spearheaded the persecution of Christians in the early Church.Authorized by the government of the day, the Bible says, “...he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison” (Acts 8:3). He didn’t stop at that. Luke tells us how he continued to issue violent threats of murder against the followers of the Lord (Acts 9:1). But something happened that changed his life forever. He had a destiny-shaping encounter with the Lord on the road to Damascus. The Bible says, “And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do…” (Acts 9:3-6). Hallelujah. Paul, as a result of this new knowledge of the Lord, couldn’t keep back anymore; everywhere he went, he testified that Jesus is alive and that He’s real! Paul’s love for Jesus was unquenchable because he now knew the Lord. No wonder he said in Ephesians 3:19, “And to know the love of Christ…that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God.” This is God’s will for you: that you’d have a revelation ofChrist beyond human understanding and be filled with His fullness, overflowing in His love, manifesting His life, nature, character and power. God is love, so when you get to know there then you got to love him, he first love us , even with our ignorance he still love us and will continue to love us no matter what, his love for us is unconditional. Success is sweet but the secret is sweat. Success is sweet but the secret is sweat, i saw this writing on the back of someone shirt on my way home yesterday, and then i began to do a rethink of it how true it is. it definitely true, success is very sweet and also it addictive, many people tend to associate with people who are successful, compare to those who are not successful, success make a many to be know, many people know Dangote, Bill Gate, Elon musk, Otedola, Davido, Wiz kid, Burna boy and many more people that because they are successful In their field, assuming they are not successful no body will know they You can't make an impact if your are not successful, to be successful don't mean you must have billion or trillion in your account, it mean the achievement of one aim or goal. Success is sweet, this is quite obvious, but the secret is sweat, they is no man on earth who is successful or trying to successful, or trying to succeed who won't work for it. (I.e sweat) sucess does not come easy, if not everybody would have been succesful, it comes with a price which is sweat, they is a saying that nothing good come easy. Just like the case of success you must have to sweat. The only difference between sweet and sweat is just (a) both of them start with (s) and also end with (t). Sweet is define as Having a pleasant taste, especially one relating to the basic taste sensation induced by sugar, when you are successful in your field it will be like sugar. Sweat is define as a Fluid that exits the body through pores in the skin usually due to physical stress or hard work, so in other for one to be successful he or she must work hard and smart. Success is define as The fact of getting or achieving wealth, goal, respect or fame. They is a saying you work hard in other to life a soft life, may people want to live a soft life, but they don't want to work for it, they is no way that will be possible, likewise in other for a man to be successful he must pay the sacrifice of the success which is sweat (hard work and smartness) know the secret of a thing is one thing but applying it is another thing, now we know the secret, let try and apply it in our life. Remember Rome was not built in a day, but brick or block was been layed on a dialy basis. Thanks for reading this article. Please don't forget to click the 👍 button. God bless

What to consider before investing in crypto currency A **cryptocurrency** or crypto is a digital currency that circulates **without a central authority** like a bank or a financial institution. Cryptos were made to **protect you from economic crise**s or unfair governments that can take away your resources. "**Cryptocurrency** is one of those categories of investing that **doesn't have those traditional investor** protections," said Gerri Walsh, senior vice president of Investor Education at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Sensationalism generates expectations, Knowing that if a crypto investor became rich easily it will interest among people to join in. Nevertheless, many people entered the **cryptocurrency market** with blind knowledge of the matter. How to invest in digital assets? Use a verified exchange crypto platform Investing in crypto has the same effect as **exchanging coins,** You need to **buy cryptocurrency** to start your investment. However, do it from verified platforms. **-Coinbase** -Binance -FTX Even **Venmo, PayPal,** and **Cash App** will let you buy and sell cryptocurrency, but with limited functionality. I never realized how much my religion denounced building wealth until I started making more money. Can someone be programmed to be poor? Growing up in a middle-class family, raised by staunch Catholic parents, I didn't have many thoughts about money. I believed it to be a necessary evil; after all, we were taught that "money is the root of all evil." From a young age, I saw money as an evil associated with unbelievers. Here are four ways my religion stood in the way of me gaining wealth. 1. I felt guilty about earning money Over time, I knew that I had to earn more to improve my standard of living. I couldn't live with the constant guilt, and I was no longer comfortable with a sub-standard life. Something had to change, and I had to be that change. I was already sick and tired of letting my Catholic upbringing affect my life. I needed a complete reorientation. So, out of necessity, I took up a career in freelance writing. I didn't expect the magnitude of guilt that overwhelmed me when I started to earn three times more than I had. I already associated money and wealth with unbelievers, and making more money felt like committing a grievous sin. Even the Bible agrees. Matthew 19:24 — "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." Does it mean that a rich man can't enter heaven because wealth is a sin? Or Matthew 5:3 — "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of God." I believed that in order to be in his good books, God wanted us poor or, at best, average earners. Forgive me for choosing heaven over cash; it was the utmost priority as Christians and Catholics. https://products.gobankingrates.com/pub/8b545cfb-f9e6-4b5a-a954-d32014484d2b?targeting[subcategory]=checking&resize=1&ident=2 2. I was excessively charitable Of course, charity is a good cause. Compassion is deeply rooted in human nature, which is why we are instinctively concerned with the welfare of others. I was always ready to give away more money than I could afford, and being raised by altruistic parents made it even easier. My philanthropy was motivated by my religious beliefs and self-imposed guilt. I would be miserable if I didn't help a needy person, and of course, there would always be someone who needed the money more than I did. Even if it left me penniless, I didn't care. needed the money more than I did. Even if it left me penniless, I didn't care. 3. I undervalued my worth When I started my journey as an entrepreneur, I was making costly mistakes. It took me months to figure out what I was doing wrong and even more time to change my ways. I consistently put up with bad clients, low paying gigs, and late payments. With an upbringing like mine, I was uncomfortable talking about money. I didn't know how to negotiate higher pay or go for jobs I deserved. Something always held me back from reaching my full potential. The result was expected: overworking, undercharging, and underearning only because I didn't have clear contracts or the right boundaries to keep me safe. I took little steps every day to break down the origins of my thoughts, attitudes, behaviors, feelings, and biases towards money. The first course of action was a trip down memory lane, where I had some deep self-reflection that paved the way for unlearning the rigid rules and regulations that defined my lifestyle. I consciously watched for patterns and habits responsible for the mess I lived in. 4. I was uninterested in being financially literate What's the best way to set yourself up for failure? In my case, it was zero knowledge of managing my money,  budgeting, saving, investing, or protecting myself. I knew next to nothing about personal finance, and I didn't care to know. It probably does not come as a surprise that low financial literacy leads to poor financial decisions. Guilty as charged. Everything was falling apart. One minute I had enough money, the next minute, it was all gone because I was spending more than I could account for. As a result, living paycheck-to-paycheck became a thing. I started seeking out people who would help rewire my brain for success. I binged and watched many YouTube videos on money, mindset, and goal-setting. I also read many self-help books like "Atomic Habit" "Think and Grow rich" I followed all my favorite coaches on personal finance and mindset on social media. I implemented every tip and strategy they recommended in my daily life. Getting past these challenges was a painful process for me, but I can say that I'm in a happier place than I was then. It feels great to take over the reins and be in charge of my life. Thanks for reading this article. Please don't forget to click the 👍 button. God bless

What gonna be gonna be 'What gonna be gonna be" is a lazy man excuse, it is a word use by lazy and irresponsible people not to make effort or do things to make them great. A great man once said, that this word "what gonna be gonna be" is a word that projected by devil into our mind, he also said that those people who believe on that word are fool, in his illustration he made mention of people who went to school to study a course, and he said the word what gonna be gonna be, then why do those people still went ahead to study, they should have waited for the book to enter their brain without studying since what gonna be gonna be. what gonna be gonna be is just like faith without work is dead. No matter what you intend to do or achieve in life, you must first of all make an effort, even if you are destined to be rich, you must make effort to work hard, even if you are destined to marry a lawyer, you must make an effort to talk to the person first, so you see "what gonna be gonna be" can not be, If you do not take any step. When I was little my dad told me a story of two child born of the same parent, their parents went to see a spiritual man to know the fate or future of their children, and the spiritual man told the parents that the junior one is going to be great in life, while the Senior is going to depend on his junior brother, so the parents left the spiritual man house and went to their house, and started wondering what kind of fate the senior son have, and they starting assuming that they know they won't have consulted the help of the spiritual man to know the fate of their son. The junior one was very happy because according to the spiritual man, he is going to the greatest, while the senior child was angry, but he said to himself that he is going to work hard to make sure that he become great, while the junior child just relax because it was already seen that he is going to be the greatest, so he did nothing to ensure that happens, while the senior child work very hard to ensure that he is independent, so at the end of it all the senior child became successful because he work hard, and he refuse to accept what the spiritual man say's while the junior child believe on this word "what gonna be gonna be". And do not, so he was depending on his senior brother, all because he refused to work in other to make the vision to become successful So like i said earlier things are made to change, don't ever believe that some people were made to suffer, while some to enjoy. Thanks for reading this article. Pls remember what gonna be will not be, if you refuse to make effort or take action. Happy Sunday everyone. Pls Dont forget to click the 👍 button. God bless

Pikin wa he mama dy sell charcoal go wear white cloth This is a very strong proverb in Nigeria, we all know that the struggle is real, and also bloody, it the survival of the fitest, in my country nigeria, the rich keep getting richer while the poor keep getting poorer, although they is room for anyone to make it or chose his or her status which is either to be poor or rich. Everyone don't have the same destiny, to some person their parents have already made it in life, so that their generation to come can not suffer so they are born into a comfortable life, while some people are have to work for themselves in other to ensure that their parents and siblings live a good life. Some children are born with silver spoon, some golden spoon, some with diamond spoon and some with no spoon at all, but that cannot determine the destiny of a great child. My dad used to say, if you are not born into a wealthy family, then make sure a wealthy family come through you. While my mom always say person wa nr get today fit get tomorrow or maybe not, but it all depends on your determination to change your status or level. Like the title of this article say " Pikin wa he mama dy sell charcoal go wear white cloth" we all know that charcoal stains all clothes expect black, although it not as if it doesnt stain black but you can't spot it, but the stain is more obvious on white clothes, despite the fact of our situation or struggle we are facing, just like a little boy who is mother is selling charcoal can't afford to put on white cloth now in other to avoid stain, with hardwork and determination we can change our story. If the child of a charcoal seller make money he or she won't be afraid of putting white clothes to avoid charcoal stain, because definitely he or she can afford many white clothes, and also he or she can stop the mother from selling charcoal again, or better still expand the business by employing people to do the work for his or her mom, or make his or her mom stop selling charcoal and place her on life time salary, and also provide her with alot of goodies. Thanks for reading this article. Always remember no situation is permanent, Please don't forget to click the 👍 button. God bless

Day 2 of Asuu protest Today 5th of may, University of benin student continue their protest, and it was peaceful, although at first, I taught it wasnt going to be due to the location of the protest. All student were to meet at maingate front of our school, then we will move to Government house, which is in Ring road, Ring road is a very busy area, where things happen, you find both the good, bad and ugly set of people there, Ring road is a place where agberos boy (bad gang) base or stay, it lead to different destination like ; upper, sakponba, airpot road, G.R.A, third, etc. And also it is the center of Benin, although we went there to protest yesterday, but the reason why we were scared to go there today, was because some group of student who based in ring road area heard some news that those agberos boy might end up destorying the protest, that wont be of any good to us, the protest might be hijack, so we were delibrating on what to do, if we should just hold the protest in front of the school or go to Ring road, after deliberating the excos and the leaders of the protest said we should go to ring road, that we will have more impact over there, since it where the Government office. On getting to Ring road, we were surprised to see police men on grand always, they were there to endure that the protest was peaceful, and it was peaceful indeed, some student where interview, and also the government came out to address us. Indeed the protest is really going a long well, although alot of people are been affected due to the protest, especially old people, even children self, the protest often lead to blockage of road, so alot of people will have to suffer for it, we just pray that FG and Asuu resolve the issue on ground. Tomorrow is another day, although some delibration is been carried out to know if the protest will continue tomorrow, due to the fact that jamb examination will be commencing tomorrow, to some extent we are still looking out for the jambite, because if they write their jamb now, they might still end up facing the same issue we are facing (strike issues) and beside they are 100 level student in the university who is yet to enter 200 level, and also school has given admission to new set of people, and they are yet to resume due to the strike issue, so if definitely this year jambite write their jamb, they will still need to wait for the first two set before they start thinking of processing their admission. I just pray that they call off the strike, student are the one is paying for the sin we didnt commit all because Federal Government refused to settle Asuu.

Day 1 of ASUU protest in UNIBEN The education system in Nigeria is gradually going down every day, both the primary, secondary and even the territary. The system is going down, and our leader cannot do anything about it, intact they have fail us, not only in educational aspect but in all aspect. My dad use to tell me that during their time, they was free education, which make it easier for people to be educated, but in this era or generation reverse is the case, they is no free education, and also even when you decided to pay for your own school stuff, you wont be given the chance to learn, especially in tertiary sector. The only way for a student to learn without be disturb from his academic calendar is to go to a private university or better still attend school outside the country, and this can only be easy for those who have money. They is no longer hope for poor masses children to go to school again, Without the academic calendar been temper with. It only in Nigeria they don't value teacher or lecturer, but in other countries teacher are respected just like the way doctors are respected. Going to public university, everyone should bear it in mind that he or she is going to spend extra year than the normal duration time, and not only that, the rate at which they change people destiny is really high, that is to say an individual may apply for business admin and he might end up given admission into education or humans resources. It no longer news that student have been at home for about three months now, due to the misunderstanding between Federal Government and ASUU. Student are the one suffering the consequences because time wait for no one, no matter how long the strike take, FG must be paid salary and also ASUU board will also paid at the end of the strike but for the student, they are not getting anything from it. The funny fact is we all know that they is no work, but we just want to get the certificate, yet they are still wasting student time. Our Government has fail us, they is no government official who is well paid that their children study here in Nigeria, they always take their children to outside country, Minister of Education was seen online when he was attending his son convocation in outside country, not only that, One of ASUU official has bought APC Presidential form which is 100million naira, and alot of people has been buying this same form oo, yet Federal Government are claiming there is no money to settle ASUU but they are preparing for 2023 Election. I am a student of university of Benin, I am studying business adminstration, my course is for 4 years, I was given admission in the year 2017, and I was issued an id card to prove that i am a student of the university, as I writing this article my id card has expired and yet I am still in the school not because of carry over but due to the covid 19 pandemic and also the strike. It only in Nigeria public university you spend 6 years for 4 years course. Due to the fact that alot of student has stayed at home, and are tired of staying that home, that whyba peaceful protest was done today in other to remind FG and ASUU that we are tired of staying at home. My school University of Benin. Aka Uniben started protest today, and it still going to commence tomorrow, we are fighting for our right. The protest was done in maingate, them we moved to ring road. I just want to thank God that the protest was successful, and I pray that the government respond to ASUU on time.

The wisdom of ant *KEY VERSE:* "Save yourself like a gazelle escaping from a hunter, like a bird fleeing from a net. Take a lesson from the ants, you lazybones. Learn from their ways and become wise” (Proverbs 6:5-6, NLT) The bible is God’s comprehensive instruction manual for life, and in every page is found wisdom for direction. There are a few things we can glean from our text. The first thing that comes to mind is the smallness and feebleness of the ants. Yet they are to build great structures (Ant hills) and mine resources from rough places. So, the supposed weakness you claim is not a just cause for indolence. All levels of strength is given for work. And you are not required to do more than you have power to accomplish. But know that all power increases by use. Even entomological studies have shown that an ant lifts objects 20 times its own body weight. Again, we observe that in the ant world none is idle. This is why Apostle Paul encouraged us not to be idle depending upon others for food, or expecting others to do our work (2Thess. 3:10-12). The Christian world is a scene of action, be involved personally. We must learn to be our own supervisors like the ants. God does not do for any creature what He has given him the power to do for himself. He provides for us via the use of our abilities. Like these little ants, you have a future. Like ants, you have to prepare for that future. Like these ants, you have a limited time in which to make that preparation (for they gather in summer against winter). What are you doing now with that gift, career or talent in you? Your time is your greatest currency, trade wisely with it. You can do more today! *CONTROLLING THOUGHT:* Make hay while the sun shines. *PRAYER:* Lord, grant me the wisdom to recognize and use the potentials you have endowed me with. Amen!

Women In our society women is seen as the most vulnerable, abused, and weak people, the society we are in today, has reduce the value of female to only child bearing and doing of house chores. Which is very bad, woman should be treated with respect, even if not treated equally with men, because they are still human being. Here are some scenario or cases where woman are treated less or inferior. Every fault is place on the female even without hearing their own side of the story. 1)Divorced: she cant keep a man 2)Raped: what was she wearing 3)childless in marriage: she is barren 4)Rich and independent: she is a.prostitute 5) A bad child: it all the mothers fault, she spoil the child 6)she speak her mind : she is bossy. 7)unmarried in her 30/40s : she is irresponsible. 8) she want to play some sport: you are a girl, it too difficult for you, and beside that not your purpose in life. 9)married: becomes her husband property 10)cheating spouse: it her fault, she made him go out. 11)widowed: she kill her husband to take his property. 12)Remarries: she didnt mourn her husband enough 13)child outside wedlock: she is irresponsible 14) Domestic abuse : 70% it the woman who is been abused in their marriage. What did woman do? Come to think of it, it not easy been a woman in our society. Any man that raise his hand on any woman is a disgrace to manhood, woman are to be love and cherish, although some woman dont deserve it, but yet dont ever raise you hand on any woman. Let learn to respect woman and cherish them, because with them they wont be any reproduction taking place. RESPECT, LOVE AND VALUE WOMEN ❤

Return all Glory to God *KEY VERSE:* "And Jesus said to him, “See that you tell no one; but go your way, show yourself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them” (Matt 8:4, NKJV). After giving a leper instant healing, the Lord said to him: "See that you tell no one..." (Matt 8:4). In this and other places (cf. Matt 9:30; 12:16; Luke 4:41; 8:56), the Lord was careful to return all the glory to God. In spite of all the mighty miraculous manifestations that characterized His ministry, the Lord neither blew His own trumpet nor allowed others to do that for Him. And with that, He demonstrated to us the necessity of ensuring that ALL THE GLORY is returned to God. It is not about anyone of us, but all about Him. Satan has a subtle way of turning that which most people thought was meant to publish the greatness of our God into a tool subtly fashioned to glorify mere mortal. Often, when people testify of the mighty things God did for them through us, we tend to be seen as the "All-Powerful Oracle" that was instrumental for such great acts. And subtly, the people are made to shift their faith from God to a mere mortal, who knows nothing about where the air he or she breathes is coming from. The Lord commanded people not to talk about those awesome deeds He wrought for them, so as not draw undue attention to Himself. Probably, such undue attention would have thwarted and frustrated His purpose. But ours is a generation that relishes attention and good public opinion, due or undue. It’s a generation that insists that testimony of great deeds must be talked about – not necessarily to give glory to God, but to make known the “awesome” human being behind the “great” occurrence. God does not share His glory with anybody. Let’s distant ourselves from such strange practice; for God will not hold the guilty guiltless. Be careful to return all glory to God. *CONTROLLING THOUGHT:* Returning All Glory to God in everything means we honor Him in our thoughts and actions.

Reed cash greetings everyone, I hope we all had a good night rest. This article is about cashreed, at first when i was introduce to reed cash, I taught it was a ponzi scam due to the way it was explaine to me, by my friend. The explanation was that you get pay for just writing a post or article on the platform, then I begining to imagine, if that was not waste of time, what if I finally join and then I dedicate my time into cash reed and then be posting article then at the end when it time for me to withdraw it then crash. So I told my friend that I am not interested. So he said that I should do my findings online, but I just felt it unnecessary, so I told him no. Then one day he came to me and ask me if I have register on reed cash, then I said no, then the statement he made make me to wonder if I was missing any thing. He said "you are doing yourself for not registering even up to this time". So after that statement i did a research on how reed cash work. To my surprise I discover that it does not only have to do with posting of stories or article along, but you can also make friends over the platform, you can learn from people experience, you can also learn how to cook new receipe, learn new business opportunity, people culture, and also you can learn new things from reading people post and article, and above all you will still get paid. Although the pay is not as easy as it seems, that because is not a ponzi scehem, you have to work for your money, by having a good article or story, and even you friends can also help you out by upvoting your article, but definitely they is alot of benefits that comes along the platform, truth be told, it can kill boredom when you are bored, you can come online and read post or story made by your favorite users. After my findings, and seeing the advantages and disadvantage of the platform, then I decided to join. And up till now I have no regret about it. I know many people will be wondering which disadvantage, like what my dad will always say, any thing that has advantage will always have disadvantage, and one of the disadvantage here is data, and also it require your time so that your article or post is not plagiarism, but the advantages is more. So before taking any decisions always make sure the advantages is more. reed cash is a good platform for an upcoming article writers or for those who love to write, and one of the advantages of it is that it is open for everyone, any one can write as long as you can read and write, and also they are various groups that can guid you on what to write, like about yourself, about Christian, just write, naija wazobia, food cousine, and so many other groups. This group is a guide on what you are going to write, so indeed it an amazing platform, where you wont regret joining. The only regret i have is that I didn't join on time. But they is no need of me regretting, they is a saying opportunity can arise the second time if you didn't make use of it the first time. My advise to everyone is that when an opportunity shows up, make research first before joining in, although 90% of this opportunity are scam, but some are genuinely real, so learn to make research first before concluding. Assuming I did make research and my friend didnt still insist, I would have miss the golden opportunity of joining cash reed. I want to make a shout out to all my friends, fans, and everyone who has been reading my post/article, and also upvoting my article, I Say God bless you all, and also to the person who invited me over to this platform, God bless you @danika.

What Really Is the Metaverse? The term “metaverse” itself is not as new as it seems. It was first coined by Neal Stephenson in his science fiction novel Snow Crash in 1992. It is used in the book to depict the imagined dystopian future in a virtual reality world. There is no single definition of the term accepted by everyone. Most often, though, the phenomenon is described as a network of 3D virtual worlds aimed at social connection – a simulated digital space focused on creating a real world-like environment for users’ interaction, a synonym for “cyberspace,” etc. Even though the concept was introduced 30 years ago, it has become a particularly hot topic only recently. Today, the metaverse is the hottest buzzword, especially in the tech, finance and business industries. Who hasn’t heard about VR goggles, 3D avatars and virtual reality video games? The reason why the metaverse is becoming so popular is that it’s projected to be the successor of the internet. Many compare the metaverse at this stage to computers and mobile phones at the end of the 20th century. So, here’s one thing that’s clear – it’s only the beginning for the metaverse, and it’s really hard to predict what will become of it in the future. However, there are already many metaverse projects of different kinds. Some of them present virtual reality video games and platforms with avatars. Others develop virtual spaces for streaming concerts and sports games, art galleries, virtual property, etc. It is also worth mentioning that the metaverse is pretty tightly interconnected with crypto blockchain technology. Let’s take a look at some of the most prominent virtual worlds and see how they work. **1) Second Life** As mentioned above, Second Life is one of the first virtual worlds that got its start back in 2003 but is still considered one of the most popular metaverse platforms. Second Life residents can create their own 3D avatars and live their lives inside the virtual world, engaging themselves in different activities, from entertainment to dealing with virtual businesses and property. 2) **IMVU** Similar to Second Life, IMVU offers its users the ability to create a 3D avatar and enjoy life in the virtual world. **3) Minecraft** Minecraft is a sandbox video game developed by Mojang Studios and released in 2011. Despite being very simple, it remains one of the most popular games in the world with over 141 million active players.  4)**The Sandbox metaverse** The Sandbox is a well-known NFT-based virtual world game. The alpha version of its metaverse was released only at the end of last year. The platform provides virtual land that users can buy and use for whatever they want – whether it is a concert, a sports event, an NFT gallery or just a video game.

Staying on the Lord's side *KEY VERSE:* "Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, ‘Who is on the Lord's side? Let him come unto me.’ And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him” (Exodus. 32:36, KJV). “Who is on the Lord's side?” has been am age long faith declaratory song of commitment and dedication to the cause of God. The Lord’s side is one, not two. One is either on His side or not, either for or against Him. Indicators of being on the Lord’s Side: Foremost is zero tolerance for iniquity, especially these days that sin goes to church as humans do. Secondly, acceptance and accommodation for people of all tribes, ethnicity, languages and divergent views. Thirdly, unquenchable hunger and thirst for spiritual realities and exercises. Those on the Lord’s side are usually uncomfortable when their fellowship (devotion, discipline, fasting, meditation and service) with God runs dry. Fourth is having a balanced understanding that though things may not be pleasant, there is a better place in glory. Finally, having and showing full and mutual respect for constituted authority. *CONTROLLING THOUGHT:* We do not put our heads down because things are down. *PRAYER:* Dear Lord, make me a Jesus person and pointer. Amen

Not forgotten, not forsaken Good morning everyone, I hope we all had a good night rest. This article not forgotten, not forsaken is to help everyone one of who is going through a tough time to know that no matter what, God is always there for you. They is a saying that tough time dont last but tough people do, dont give up no matter what call upon God and he will answer you. Isaiah 49:14-16 say's [14]But Zion said, The LORD hath forsaken me, and my Lord hath forgotten me. [15]Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee. [16]Behold, I have graven thee upon the palms of my hands; thy walls are continually before me. Things to note from the scripture above:(isa 49: 14-16) 1)it is easier for a woman to forget her breastfeeding child, but God can never forget you 2) Note, he said I have graven you in my palm: it means your names is not written so it cannot be clean, 3) he said your wall are continuously before me, which mean that you may not see God, but God see you. (The word "wall" here in the bible means your taught is continually in God mind). God is still God, no matter what you are going through hold on to him and to his word, because he honor his word more than his name. I know alot of challenges, issue and problem might have make it seem God has forgotten you and forsaken you. Here is what i would strongly advise incase you find yourself in a tight corner that make you think God has forgotten you and forsaken you, here Is what you should do. 1) hold on to him, and don't let him go 2) look out for instruction and direction out of the bible 3) wait on God, (Isaiah 40:31) : it has to do with patient, don't run out of God plan in your life 4) lastly, give God thanks for what ever you are facing will not kill you and you are going to have victory at last.
