Self-esteem Building confidence is one of the hardest things to do. As a person with a low self-esteem teem, it's really difficult for me to show what I want and can do. Simple words can destroy my little faith on myself to continue whatever am I doing. Too much effort should be exert in order to start again, and it's tiring to do things repeatedly.
