Never feel guilty for you not able to help the needy and the suffering. Sometimes you have to let karma and the god work for things. People make mistakes, suffer and then expect rich, god, and other people to help them. Karma is powerful enough to make us work for others when there is gods will. Don't punish yourself for not helping poor and the suffering. Everything has a place. Your help and their suffering both has it's place and time to meet. Don't rush for helping people.
