Why I use Telegram and Signal instead of Whatsapp, Twitter and Facebook? I got the answer to my question recently. These companies are so powerful that they can ban the ex-president of USA and curb his freedom of speech. Then what stops them from not selling my data and privacy? Nothing. I am not US resident. But if they can ban their president, Imagine I am just a foreigner to them as it is. I am happy with Telegram and Signal. There is no reason for me to be on twitter and FB owned social networks that can sell my data, private photos and other family data.
