I learned about Power of Fear during the pandemic. I noticed that media was showing random numbers of cases on TV, paper, social media. People who were educated or overly-educated played the game of "oh look at numbers". Every day kids, adults played game of "let's be afraid and stay home due to numbers". Hospitals attributed every random case as Chinese virus infection. Doctors, isolation wards were charged 20x the cost than normal fees. In reality the people who survived on the road showed no signs of infection. Fear is very powerful. Sometimes excess education also falls for it. Sometimes people who are less educated and focus on survival survive more of fear. Never underestimate fear. It's more powerful than hopes.

I couldn't agree more, well said!
The problem is not whether or not the pandemic exists, of course it exists and we see that it is quite devastating, however this is where several things come into play, as you mention the fear, this man can kill us, can kill us, our mind is a powerful weapon although many do not know the real power it has, it can kill us, remember that our thoughts in some way or another can affect our body, our health, if we spend all day watching TV, thinking about the virus, in its lethality, that at some point we can get infected and that we will die, and the mind will recreate a devastating scenario if it comes to that contagion, many of the cases of Covid-19 Positive, end in tragedy, because of the patient's thoughts, it is not about thinking nice or not, it is about continuing to enjoy life, to distract ourselves, to move away a little from the news, from social networks at a certain point can become very toxic to the point of causing us a very strong stress by the simple fact of continuing to read discouraging news. Thank you for always having words full of wisdom, greetings.
