Sometimes we are so much focused on goal that we don't realize we didn't formed a process. Like you want to be rich forever but have you created a process for the same? How are you going to be planning how to make money? who will work all day? how many days it would take? All of this process is already formed then only then we can be rich. So process is important over goal.
