When you create your content in English. It helps other people look at it and tip. I understand you want to use your native language, I do too but if I do that I'd alienate more people who want to follow me. So use English. Make sure that it is also your content and not some quotes website or some travel photo feed. Post your own photos, no matter if it is your bed, desk, computer table, kitchen, breakfast. Nobody is going to judge you. You will get tips for being real person. Post your own so that you can establish some human persona and not appear like random poster. :)
