I worked for 8 years with my Manager for handling team and department. I realized one thing. If you are rich, you need team to handle your empire. If you don't trust anyone, or don't have a team, then you can't have empire. You have to trust people, delegate your work to others, spread your risk with other people. If you want to be rich, learn to have a team working for you. Unless you can have a team and process in place, you can't be rich for long.
