We have plenty of free advice and free criticism that is going on out there. And often we have to ignore the advice and also ignore the criticism that is out there too. So you have to be more proactive and learn how to handle the advice and criticism. This is a sort of skill that a lot of people don't have and it takes lifetime for the same.
