Pareto Principle says "80% Work Done with 20% of Efforts" Work from Home and Pandemic be like "Get 20% work done with 80% Time Wasted". It's not just me but a lot of people are finding their productivity has been reduced. Kids who they loved last year are now turning out to be annoying while from home. Spending too much time with family is not really a good time anymore. Work and family needs a boundary. If you bring both at home, it is bound to destroy balance.
