Hive needs a lot of integration before the blockchain takes off like most other chains. It has yet to get integrated in many places. I have written an article covering some of my views on this point. From Steemit to Hive, this has been my own experience being with them since its inception. I believe that there are excellent developers on Hive, but that they lack a marketing sense.
