I am trying to find out what causes the people to lose out on Motivation? Some of my observations based on the blogging, writing or creative work. 1. People start with an outcome in mind. 2. They don't get the outcome quickly where the churning involved. 3. They feel demotivated and move onto something else. 4. They find another thing for the motivation. 5. Go back to step 1 As you can see some of the time the shiny object syndrome kind of gets people. And other times they just have different flow and expectations from each action that they take. So losing motivation through that is possibility. Have you experienced the same? Or have you came across different scenario? How do you lose motivation? Image Credit: theprofessorisin.com/

Sometimes I may get a headache from banging into an insurmountable wall trying to bash my way through---but that is when it is time to take a break and walk away for a bit---not to give up entirely, but to regather my thoughts and perhaps see how I was approaching things wrong.
Interesting so it's about specific outcome too and not just any outcome.
It is always good to start with an outcome in mind to define your clarity of purpose. Expecting huge outcomes at an early stage is mostly unrealistic and is bound to demotivated you. All things take time
