I have managed to add the smartBCH in my metamask on brave. I also got everything correct as per the tutorial. I then checked the airdrop for the CAT and EBEN. Noticed that there was no such available for my address. My bad luck. How many of you have set smartBCH and managed to get the airdrop on it? :)

The airdrop is working but if you have no BCH for fees (gas) you won't be able to interact with the contract. It works in a similar to Ethereum approach.

    Not unless these wallets add support one day. Right now you have metamask as a wallet, and you need Coinflex to swap BCH into tokenized BCH. Prompt.cash will also support swap of BCH to SmartBCH soon.

    Oh, also, I just read that these airdrops are for wallets that have performed transactions already. So, this is the reason they are not available to you. Sorry, I thought it was the fees.
