Have you ever got yourself so much engaged in the work that you spend hours. And you don't think about anything else till you complete it. And you also justify everything right and wrong to favor the completion of the work? That sort of the behavior falls into the completion bias. Sometimes we have to step down from the work that keeps us engaged. That is only way to know if we are on right road. If we don't disconnect we never realize if it's the right road to walk on.
