Nobody tells you secret, you have to observe the Secret. People read the bio and the books of successful people. Reality is that those people don't share secret with you. They share what they want you to believe is the secret. I mean think about it a lot of successful people made many tradeoffs in life. They are not going to admit and tell you about it in the books.
