If it requires KYC, it's not decentralized. If it has Elon musk manipulating it, then it's not decentralized. If it has regulations and govt involvement, it's not decentralized. If it has excuse of environment forming centralized council, the it's not decentralized. If it tells you lies of empowerment of poor, it's not decentralized. If it tells you lies of women empowerment, it's not decentralized. It's not really a crypto but more like centralized coin manipulating people.
