People can be really manipulative in life. I have this friend who is freelancer and she wants to take help of my corporate experience, she continues to ask in depth questions something for which I should be charging. This goes so much extent she is literally mentally manipulating me to do the client work from a side in such a way I can't ask for money on consulting yet she continues use my expertise on salesforce and cloud related work. Yes ... but this time I! was giving for free consulting services, even more in depth analysis, not to mention a whole package as a barter .... which never was exchanged ||| the curious case of small business life. A decade ago, when I started for example, was really hard to charge for Social Media campaigns, brand strategy (in small business terms of course) so I always came up with quite good price structures ... but ... yeah, as you mentioned > the sensible edge of what is valuable and how much I can ask for ... is wild, especially among friends! Just simply say NO ... would they ask a total stranger for this? If yes ... go ahead, but now, enjoy the time :D If not ... see? As a friend I would love to give the best of my work if this is a proper service. Best of wishes!
