Is it possible that people who hate rich people and hate money, they could be doing that because of they can't make money the same way those people do? I mean a lot of people hate taxes yet they want infrastructure and development. Is it because some people don't want to take effort to make money and instead want it handed over?

yes, a lot of people seeking for the easy way, no stress, not much work but will be nice to live like a famous.
We often hear of the 1% of the 1% but most people resent them simply because they are not one of them - it is not out of some kind of social eglitarianism
In South Africa that is often the case, people are not willing to work for their money. Those that do work for it are often scolded for not sharing their wealth even though they are the ones that worked to get it. I think that the hatred of money and rich people is a misunderstanding of money and also not understanding why rich people are rich. If one works both hard and smart then you can be rich, if you only do one of those your chances are less so.
