I was looking at various coin swap sites out there. I found instaswap while checking many options there. It allows you to swap a lot of currencies against BTC. And you can also swap coins like DOGE or TRX. Have you tried instaswap? https://instaswap.io/

I've been thinking about using a service like this to move some Bitcoin off the Lightning network. But I haven't done so yet..
