Sometimes you are your own worst enemy. And the moment other people learn that you are self critical they attack you. let's say you say something wrong about your own self among family and friends. Even parents, family members and the friends may take advantage of you. This is one reason if you want to be self critical, make sure to confirm you are not sharing.
