Kara's work on Windows and Android mobile too. That's the interesting part. I had issues with mobile few minutes before. So I downloaded the Windows version. You can play just swiftly on desktop like you do mobile. Just 2 matches in dungeon to refresh. Looks like I am going to be addicted once the mainnet version of game releases :)
