Respect is earned not given based on gender. Always respect the person based on their action. If they are evil, you know what you should do. If they are good, they deserve the respect, regardless of their gender. Never assign "evil" or "good" roles based on gender. Actions decide who is evil and who is not. Also some of the time lack of action decides who is evil or good. I learned this very hard way. I made more friends when I started to make distinctions by following this :)
