Here's the interesting problem that I have recently noticed while working on projects. When you work for someone else the same problem you work with some energy. When you use same project or problem for your own self, you tend to get lazy and procrastinate. Isn't it because of Job mentality? or is there any other deep thing with job vs business mindset trick?
