Before pandemic I never thought about Job hopping. But now a days noticed that a lot of people remote working easily get multiple. And the best part is that job hopping often improves salary. It's tough to even retain the job these days, let alone get new one. I wonder how the future is going to be for those who want increment in near future. Do you think job hopping would be easier in near future?

I'd rather see an increase in job security and companies treating workers better. Job hopping seems to be the result of poor job security and companies treating workers as expendable numbers. There's really no reason to have brand loyalty or even care about your employer in many cases. People holding our personal account information are barely even paid (or trained) enough to care.
Hace exactamente un año cumplía horario de oficina... nunca pude imaginarme que podía gustarme el mundo de las criptomonedas.. cambie de trabajo y no es que gano una cantidad de dinero pero me va mejor, de una u otra forma toda esta situación me coloco en la necesidad de realizar otro tipo de trabajo.
