There is no such thing as a right time. I have had my share of the bad time I waited forever. I had a lot of confusion and no direction. I also had a lack of focus. Personally, I believe that there is never a good time to act. And I agree with you that waiting for the perfect time never works. Nothing will happen if you keep waiting. After giving it some thought, I'll take action right away and adapt the situation accordingly and wisely along the way.
