When market is high and your friend wants you to HODL then she/he is not your friend. When market is good logically you're supposed to sell not HODL forever. Manipulating people want you to HODL forever and never sell the asset. If you goal is to buy something with FIAT or use the crypto for life use, do it. Do not fall for HODL forever gimmick.
