Impossible request in my daily job: calculate the potential benefit of e-scooters in a small town! It’s very difficult to have reliable data and comparison before the introduction, because only registered data can figure out which mobility they will substitute or which mobility they will support. So the only way is a very approximate calculation of trips length and a total substitution of cars. I tried to say “ hey guys this is not possible”, but they want it 😡

I hate those ******* things. Riders have no regard to others and then leave them everywhere. At the very least they need docking stations like public hire bicycles have. So I would compile a report that says no because they are a public nuisance and a vote loser
Here we are in a low density landscape, so interference with other street users is zero, fortunately
