Blinking holidays these year, one day work, the other free. 2 colleagues of mine, which worked on same subjects, are gone: 1 retired and the other promoted to manager ( which means, others work, he will earn more😂). In this situation I got a big satisfaction when other colleagues menaced my boss about employees management: they know very well that I help them doing a lot of job, so they said my boss “free him and distribute tasks to other departments, or we’ll be too busy and wil ask to be reallocated”. I know, this is a funny way to claim new hiring positions, but I hope it’ll work.
