Sometimes it's time to appreciate what other people do in their work. May be you know how much I'm disappointed about my colleagues behaviour, and how they avoid efforts and responsability during many joint tasks we have to manage. This time is different: I'm reading the contribution of an external energy consultant about a residential plan and it's really amazing. Good people make good job.
