I had a fast response by BRD team, you can read by yourself: ‘ Our team is aware of and investigating an issue where some HBAR transactions are not showing in the BRD app. Though some transactions are not showing in BRD, they are showing normally on the public Hedera network. We will investigate this issue further and will be sure to message you again when we know more. Thank you for your understanding, BRD Support‘ Right, you HAVE to investigate because 200$ of HBAR are missing in my wallet, even if the amount is correctly fixed in blockchain as I told in my request email. Above all, if you always had this problem and you never solved it, please grant me another way to recover funds. Anyway, I’ll write you once per day if you’ll not be able to solve in 1 month or 2.
