One big problem of traditional finance was difficulty by people to understand what they were signing. Last 2009 crack was, in little part, caused by this gap, but worldwide many scandals and fraud derived from high risk investment sold as low risk ones. Now, new crypto finance has often a wide governance and so many people who can control what's happening. Unfortunately among many investors only few are able to enter the governance and understand complex financial matters. Is distributed governance sufficient to avoid what happened in traditional finance? In some cases surely, but in all cases?
