Coinbase hired 3k new customer service employees because, we know, their CS was a bullshit. I contacted twice the CS of Coinbase in 4 years, when I got the response I’d forgotten my question 😂. Now the response time should decrease of 70%, that is: you should remember what was your question 🙋‍♀️
