67k UPX in my UPLAND balance, difficult decision: try to accumulate for future investments or sudden purchase to put new property on sale, to have other gains? My 3 properties pool together for a minor collection, I should have 5 properties to build previous precious collection. But the boost of earnings is not so much, 1.1 against 1.3 or 1.4. So I think it could be better to try gains through buy/ sell cycle, so second option. 1 more property and some funds staked.
