Did you feel the same as me, that during market bears several projects are delayed comparing to roadmap and when market is bullish roadmap track starts again? Following several Telegram channels I noticed some annoying users which ask every day to devs “are there news?”, “when pre sale?”, etc Devs are so kind to answer and I did a little stat about delay reasons: sometimes national holidays, sometimes personal troubles, in many cases they match major challenges (modifying roadmap) to avoid bears and to match, after, a new bullish market
