If miners want to give public opinion a strong signal they have to release public free data about energy consumption. Many of them will match technical difficulties (mining pools are composed by thousands miners), many others should release industrial sensitive information (energy consumption is a key feature to win the race of mining), but the goal is the highest : give to all crypto community the way to avoid another "environmental bearishness"
