A good question about DEFi and DEFI regulation: is that an oxymoron? Is it a nonsense trying to regulate what is decentralized and without centralized control by definition? Lwas should oblige CakeDefi to collect users' data. But what about financial rules about how funds are managed, when some DEFIs has an internal DAO system to decide? This is the bug for regulators, and when something is unstoppable their problem is huge.
