Reading a marvelous book of a Slovak nature scientist, Kravcik, entitled “A new water paradigm”. The theory is following: removing water from soils (agriculture, dams, over exploitation) is increasing directly climate change effects. On the other side, maintaining water in soils is the best way to avoid extreme events. A must!
