How our Body Assimilate Food All living things require food to obtain the energy for life and the scientific term for feeding is nutrition. And nutrition covers the kind of food necessary and the methods by which it is assimilated and voiding Food is chewed in the month and the teeth break it down into small fragments, so that the digestive juices can deal with it easily. At the same time,the food is mixed with saliva, secreted by the salivary glands in the mouth. Our tongue assist in forming a round ball of food called a bolus. Food is prevented from entering the windpipe by the epiglottis which closes over the windpipe whenever anything is swallowed. The gullet consist of a tube with an outer layer of muscle and an inner lining.The whole process from food entering the mouth to its entering stomach is known as ingestion The stomach wall contains many small glands which secrete digestive juices. The muscle wall on the outside of the stomach keeps the food in motion and turns it into a creamy liquid .Food remains in the stomach for about 4hours. Warm water and soap are best for cleaning the skin and removing the dirt and bacteria spores, a cold shower after a warm bath invigorates the body and improves the circulation of blood. In tropical countries, at least one thorough bath should be taken everyday. Bathing should not be done immediately after a heavy meal ,as the digestive system of the body is interfered with. This is because blood is drawn to the skin by a hot bath or driven away by a cold bath. Cold baths should not be taken when the body is hot with sweat ,as this can cause a chill or diarrhoea Fresh air and sunlight are beneficial to the skin, but care should be taken to prevent too great an exposure leading to sunburn unless the skin has become accustomed to long exposure

Careless abuse of societal values and norms communicate lack of good manners to the observing audience. Children of nowadays are to be taught on the social value of the society, most of them lack moral etiquette.i would like to emphasize on some point but talk more on one of it ,talkativeness, uncontrolled assertiveness and to my main point which is lack our courtesy. There is always a say that, Charity begins at home. Bad manners are developed from childhood and may be difficult to correct in adulthood . It is most important area our parents need to proper care about, The kind of friends we move with atimes influence our life in the negative part . Our parents and guardians must ensure that they Introduce the right value system and ethnics to their children in their formative stage so that it can be part of their lifestyle. Take Neccassry Steps On my bed this morning, I thought of telling us some code for living a better life it is our duty to do the right thing at the right time, we shouldn't be dreaming about the future without taking appropriate steps, we need some steps for our dreams to come true Preparation plus opportunity is success, right time is the preparation required for a successful variable. When the right time to get a job, we prepare for it, when the right time to think about marital relationship we should prepare for it. Today, I will be emphasising on relationship.Before going to that, I want to tell us that we start talking a step forward for our dreams to come true, I want to build a house, I want to have the latest car, I want to be an ambassador, all things are most of our dreams but will not be achieved if we no take action. For women, I believe that timing is of utmost significant in marriage. There is time for everything,Marrying the right person at the right time is a significant part of fulfilling God's purpose for one's lives. Put Faith To Work Good morning guys... Am here to tell us again something needful for our plans to work out, sometimes ago, I think of the reason why our plan failed to work out for us....guess what I discover? Is Faith. I think our plans should work if we put our faith in it . I sat down on my bed yesternight and I think of someone who wishes to enter a locked treasure house with the key in his hands but just stands at the door, pushing and wishing it would open for him. The door will not open unless he puts the key in the lock and turns it. The key in his hand will do him no good until he uses it . This is just how faith works. The nation of Judah faced a great challenge. A confederacy of nations had gathered to fight against them and wipe them out. They are helpless in themselves, they prayed to ask help from God. He said unto them, He would fight for them and give them victory over their enemies. Because they put faith in it, God definitely fight for them. Faith is one of the most powerful possessions of a Christian. It can do all things because it engages and activates the power of the Almighty God with whom nothing is impossible. But the power of faith can never be seen or experienced except we put it to work . Some Christians claim to have faith but the problem is that they do not put their faith to work. Where you have been unfair, unjust and corrupt, make necessary restitutions and resolve by the grace of God to always do the right thing all the time.
