Every night I sleep with a strong intention of waking up early in the morning and every day I intend to sleep early. But I do the otherwise. I really need to set a routine for myself.

People say Dubai is the land of opportunity. There is no doubt about it. But lately, it has become so hard to get job here. I have been looking for a decent job for many months. Let’s hope for the best and see where I end up.

@Ellen1

I am going out for a walk. Although there is no point of walking outside in this hot weather. But still, going out is important to freshen my mind. Staying at home all day kind of makes me sick.

@Ellen1

I have just finished giving my toddler lunch. I must say it is one of the most difficult task to feed the little ones because of the tantrums they throw.

@Ellen1

A new construction A new building is under construction in front of my house, which I am not happy about. You all might think what harm can it bring me. The thing is I live on second floor, from where I see super markets which are at walking distance from my apartment. Those super markets are open 24/7 due to which there are lights and people even at night time. I like such a lively environment. Now that a new construction is going on right in front of my house, it will block the view of super markets from my window and I won’t be able to enjoy those views.

Saying “No” seems easy but it takes lots of courage. We must learn to say “No” where our principles are comprised. Caring for others is a good gesture but compromising our own rules is actually letting ourselves down. It’s ok to say, we are not born to please everyone. We must care for our happiness and peace of mind first. Only then we can be a source of happiness and joy of others. Those who care for us will understand while those who don’t care will make big deal out of it. But it’s fine. It is actually a blessing in disguise. This way we will get to know who is loyal to us.

@Ellen1

Fate over Hard work Hard work pays off. There is no doubt about it. But sometimes fate dominates. I can relate to this with examples from my own life experiences. When I was preparing for my entry test, I worked really hard. But I couldn’t get admission in any of the medical colleges. While many of the other students I knew, got admission although they were not as hardworking as I was. So often fate dominates and even after putting a lot of hard work you fail to get what you strived for.

@Ellen1

Is not it strange that things or people who once used to be so important, doesn’t really matter anymore. I remember I was a such a huge Michael Jackson fan, that I had gathered all of his CDs, magazines and his autobiography as well. I remember getting emotional when someone would say bad about him. But there came a time, I gave away all those things to my friends which In gathered with so much love. I don’t even regret it. I would have never thought in my wildest dreams of doing it but I did it anyways because some things in life are temporary.

@Ellen1

Night time Ice cream shift These days I have been obsessed with vanilla cone ice cream. I don’t have sweet tooth. So, I don’t like ice creams much but there is this shop in my vicinity which sells finger licking good ice cream. Every other night I have cravings for that ice cream and I can’t seem to resist those cravings. But these cravings are transient I am sure. Because the only permanent craving that I get all the time is of tea. I was supposed to go to the ice cream shop today but due to some matters I wasn’t able to get my cravings satisfied today. Any ways, I will try to get one tomorrow.

Social Media Today one can’t even think of living without social media. It has revolutionised our life in a way that there is no going back. First thing in the morning that most of us do is check our WhatsApp, instagram or any other social media platform. Obviously everything has its own pros and cons, so does have social media. One of the pros that I think has made a great impact on people’s lives is earning through social media platforms. If you have any type of skill, you can use social media to promote your business. You can make clients online throughout the world from the comfort of your home. It is especially beneficial in underdeveloped countries, where there are employment crisis. Additionally, you don’t need to worry about job security.

@Ellen1

Motherhood Motherhood transforms you into a person you would have never thought in your wildest dreams. No matter how irresponsible you are, once you become a mother all of a sudden you start caring for things you never thought you would. It is something which is not taught and you can’t even learn it unless you become a mom yourself. It is the most natural and purest form of love that requires nothing in return. There are many people in our lives that are dear to us, but whenever we feel lonely or depressed, one person that we look up to is our mother.

@Ellen1

I some times feel that with the passage of time you loose interest in things you were once highly enthusiastic about. May be it’s because priorities change or time changes the way you feel. The people we interact with in life, multiple factors in our surrounding and the situations we go through in our life change our perspective of everything.

@Ellen1

Rain: A blessing of God Does nature affect our mood? Does it affect our tendency to react to certain things? These are the questions that are worth asking. In my opinion yes it does. Beauty captivates our hearts so does our mood. Being in a serene environment brings us peace of mind and heart which ultimately brightens our mood. If you ask me, one thing that changes my mood in seconds is “rain”. I am a rain lover. I literally feel the effect of rain on my soul. If I am depressed or worried and suddenly it rains, I can feel the depression going away in real time.

@Ellen1

My Hobby Everyone has a hobby. Hobby is something that takes us out of our depression phase and keeps us happy and involved. I love photography and it’s my hobby. Photography is an umbrella term by the way. There are multiple genres that you can involve yourself in while doing photography. I personally love capturing wild life and nature. I would love to show case some of my photos which I have clicked over the years. I hope you guys will like them.

@Ellen1

Grocery Shopping Day It is…. Not many people are fond of doing the daily or monthly grocery but I love doing it. Going to marts and setting everything in trolley in an organised way is something that I love doing. By the way I love organising things everywhere. Be it my room or the shopping trolley. Therefore often my family members call me “Monica”.

@Ellen1

Night: A scary yet beautiful time Some people like day time while others like night time. I am among the later ones. I like the quietness and tranquility of night time. As I am sitting in my room, looking at the moon through my window, I feel the kind of calmness that our bodies require after the hectic routines of our life. People admire full moon, so do I. But we can’t ignore the beauty of half moon. The concave symmetry of it is in itself a sign of beauty.

@Ellen1

At Dubai Marina A few days back I booked dinner on yacht with my family. I must say it was the best decision. It was a two storeys yacht and we decided to sit on the upper storey to enjoy the Dubai Marina views more closely. Not only we enjoyed the food and the scenic views but there was a brief session of the famous Tanoura dance. It was an evening to remember.

@Ellen1

Warm Weather Weather these days is getting hard to bear. As I have recently moved to Dubai, it is really difficult for me to withstand the heat outside. Although you don’t feel the heat indoors due to air conditioning system. But once you step out, it feels like you are melting. I hope this weather gets better by next month.

Welcome me Read cash family Hi guys! I hope everyone is fine. It’s been a long time since I came here. A lot has changed in my life since I last wrote. Some times life becomes so busy that you forget certain things. I kind of left read cash far behind me. But I am back again. Reading my old articles is kind of making me nostalgic. I hope this time I will last here longer.

@Ellen1

My Journal Prompts Hello my, read.cash family I hope you all are fine. I was just sitting idle thinking about what to write as it has been a while since I last published an article. There are of course hundreds of topics that I can write on but sometimes due to busy schedules, you don't get enough time to write from the heart. The only thing that you can write from the heart even while having a very busy schedule is something that you love to talk about. The other day I was going through a few accounts that are my personal favorites like @joydigitalsolutions @Bilqees @Talecharm and @Jelena to get an idea of how to manage my account and be more consistent in spite of my busy schedule. There is this prompt question series that often @joydigitalsolutions shares and I really liked that idea. Especially when you are in a hurry but want to write from the heart and when sometimes your mind is blank and can't think of any topic then, in that case, Prompt question series is an amazing thing to write. Besides these days I really need to work hard or at least think hard to find topics to write about as the Bitcoin cash dip is something to worry about for now. I am a new user here and to see a decline in the little money that I have earned is all the more reason to be more active on read.cash. As this platform helps me fulfill my daily needs of buying stuff. There is this beautiful dress that I saw on a local shop website and I have been dreaming to buy that since I laid my eyes on that. Obviously, I can ask my parents to buy me that but I think it is unfair to ask them at this stage when you are able to stand on your own feet. In this regard, I am thankful to first of all God, then @TheRandomRewarder, and my regular upvoters for helping me to stand on my own feet. Anyways, moving toward the topic of today's article I am going to answer some of the questions related to myself that I found on @joydigitalsolutions wall and hope that you will like them. Let us get started. Q1. What would be the absolute perfect day for you? As I am engaged to the love of my life so the day I will get married to him would be a absolute perfect day for me rather all the days after that would be perfect. I know life is not a bed of rosses, there will be trials that will accompany you but to have someone by your side who supports you and never leaves you alone in the time of need is a great blessing and when you have such person in your life, you can face any type of problem. Q2. What did you learn a little too late? I would say one thing that I learnt very late in my life is recognizing people. When you are good by heart you don't doubt the intentions of others. You feel like the other person is good towards you. But it is not like that. Never take a step towards anyone unless and until you analyze and recognize him completely. I have learnt not to trust every smiling face because there are often horrible faces behind the mask of a smiling face. Be aware of such culprits. Q3. What do most people overestimate or underestimate about you? The thing that people overestimate about me is my handwriting. I know I have a good and neat hand writing but when I was in college and university, I had classmates with a much better hand writing than mine but my friends and teachers would always praise my handwriting. I used to wonder why my hand writing when there are planty of girls with a better hand writing than mine? The thing that only a few people underestimate about me is my choice. They are of the view that I don't have a good choice in dresses, however there are many people who are of the view that Ellen has a very good dressing sense. Q4. What makes you nervous? One thing that I am extremely nervous of is presenting a topic infront of the class or a group of people. Although I have presented for 6 years in universities but still every time I stand infront of people to present my hands and legs start shivering. I don't know will I ever be able to end this fear of mine? Q5. What gross and unhygienic things do people do that bother you? Two gross things that I would say I hate when people do are when they burp and when they pick their nose. There are some etiquettes when you are sitting among people. But doing such gross things, infront of people and not caring about others is highly uncivilized thing to do. Q6. What habits do you have that annoy other people? I don't know about now as I am a grown up now and when you get mature you try to end such habits of yours that annoy others or at least try minimize. But I remember when I was a child I used to scratch my cousins and siblings with my nails. One of my sisters still have that scar. So yeah, I guess this was the habit that used to annoy people. ***So that was all about me. I hope you liked reading my answers. Thank you for your time! Keep smiling!*** Lead image is from unsplash

"Meetings are Confidential" There is this Hadith (Saying of our Holy Prophet PBUH) that I want to discuss with you all. As I think we really need to learn this thing because I have seen many such people who don't know the etiquette of meeting. They will join a meeting and then go on telling others about the things discussed in that meeting. Whereas one is not supposed to do this. Even if you are not in a meeting, it is against etiquette to go telling others about anyone's private issues. One must keep the secrets of others as one wants to keep his own secrets hidden. If you do good to others only then you can have good. It is a simple rule of give and take. The hadith is: *****"Meetings are confidential”***** **Explanation:** This hadith describes the etiquettes of a meeting. First of all, it must be clear that a meeting or an assembly is made up of two or more people. It states that what is said in a meeting should remain among those who form the meeting. It implies that meetings should be secretive and the things discussed must not be disclosed to others. Nothing should be spread without the permission of those present in that meeting. If someone’s fault or shortcoming is mentioned during a discussion, it should not be reported to an outsider as no one is perfect and every person has imperfections. Just as we do not want our secrets to be revealed, similarly care must be taken for others as well in this context. There are certain exceptions though. The matter discussed about someone in a meeting can be communicated to others for the sake of one’s good. For example, if a person is involved in bad deeds, then, in that case, his parents or those who are loyal to him, must be informed. This act is done for the sake of his own good and not for maligning him. However, it is permissible to disclose the details of three meetings: The meeting in which the unjust assassination of someone is planned should be disclosed. A meeting in which people plan to rob a woman of her dignity must be disclosed. The matter of that meeting should also be disclosed in which a plan is being made to snatch someone’s property unjustly. According to Sheikh Abdul Haq Muhaddis Dehlvi, the matter of that particular meeting should also be disclosed in which a plan to harm the religion or nation is being made.

A Very Happy Eid Mubarak To All Today marks the end of the Holy month of Ramadan. I am in sorrow and I feel dejected. The blessings that this month brings with itself are over. In Ramadan there is this serene environment no matter where you go, you literally feel like blessings from God are showering upon you. But with the end of this month, I feel so low. Like all of the blessings are over too. Although blessings remain when you do good deeds but not as much as during Ramadan. There is this beautiful routine that we follow, getting up in the middle of the night for suhoor, reciting the Holy Quran, praying Fajar, and taking nap. Then we get up a little late in the afternoon, pray again, and get iftar ready. My mom always says that in Ramadan I get free from the tension of cooking as what to cook because in Ramadan only dinner is cooked. Tomorrow there will be no suhoor no iftar.  It is eid tomorrow by the way and it is also a blessing and a reward for Muslims for fasting the entire month of Ramadan. On the night of Eid, girls go to the market to buy dresses for Eid, to get their henah done, and to buy bangles matching their dress color. After returning home, they press their Eid dresses and hang them to wear the next day. For me, it is always the most precious moment when I press my Eid dress and I would look at it again and again thinking that I will wear it the next day. Then Eid comes, initially, you feel low because there is a sudden change of routine as you get up and do breakfast. But as the day passes and you wear your Eid dress and wish everyone a happy Eid Mubarak, then everything seems fine.  People usually make “vermicelli” as a sweet dish along with chana chat on the day of Eid. It is kind of a tradition. Then either relative would come to your house or you go to your relatives, which in most of the cases are your grandparents.  Luckily, on this Eid, my maternal grandmother is with me at my home so it’s going to be fun. As our grandparents are a blessing and if they are with us it means we are lucky. Sadly my paternal grandparents and my maternal grandfather are dead and my maternal grandmother is the only one I’ve got left with so I am glad she’s here with me. One thing that I really want to pinpoint here is that this night of Eid which is known as “Chaand Rat (Moon Night)” is not meant for shopping and wasting our time on useless things. We feel like we prayed and did all good deeds in the month of Ramadan so now we need to be relaxed. But actually, chaand rat is the time when you reap your reward by praying more and getting more close to God. It is the night when you get rewarded for all the hard work you did during that one month, so now if you will go on wasting this night it is like you don’t need the reward and all your hard work is going to waste. So we need to change this trend of spending this night in shopping malls instead of praying. I wish all of you a very Happy Eid Mubarak.  Stay happy!  Keep smiling! *****Thank you for your time!***** Image is from unsplash.

Girls Night Out It was back in January 2021, when I received a call from my cousin that she has qualified the Medical entry test and has been admitted to a medical college for studying MBBS. I was so glad to hear that news because there was I time when I also wanted to become a doctor and when I couldn’t qualify the entry test I was heartbroken. It happens at first, when you long for something wholeheartedly and then you don’t get it your heart breaks. But time is the best healer, it heals the deepest of wounds, besides I am thankful to God for wherever I am today, as he knows what is best for me and I don’t. Anyways, after knowing that she has achieved such a great success, it was now time to ask her for a good treat. So me and a few other close cousins of mine asked her to give us treat at F-7 Gol Market. The reason for not selecting a restaurant was that we wanted to sit outdoors and the place we selected had the best outdoor arrangement. There are always lots of people there sitting, chatting and eating their food. It was winter when we decided to go there. So there was fire lit to keep the environment warm and luckily there was full moon as well that day. Besides, the over all setup and lighting of that place was superb.  So all of us gathered at my house and from here we booked careem ride and headed towards our destination. After getting there, we found ourselves a big table and the waiter gave us menu. All of us agreed to order burger for each of us and chicken chillie dry rice as well. Burger Fest is the best and most famous burger of that area. After placing order, we started chitchatting and taking selfies. Well of course! No parties and treats are complete without selfies as there should be something to remember that moment, and what can be better than group photos and selfies. After 15 minutes our food came. By the looks of it , it was delicious and no doubt the burgers were top notch. Their patty was well cooked and juicy and each burger was more than enough for one person. As far as chicken chillie dry rice are concerned, I didn’t like them much as with every bite, big chunks of ginger were coming to my mouth. But it was not the food that I was enjoying, it was my cousin’s success. We also ordered cold drinks but I don’t like cold drinks so I drank simple water. After having food, we decided to take a walk and do some window shopping. We went to various shops, the shopkeepers might have been thinking that 6 to 7 girls would never leave the shop without buying lots of stuff but we destroyed their dreams as all we were doing was WINDOW SHOPPING. After this, we decided to have a round of cold coffee. So we headed towards the Ice cream shop. Some of us didn’t like Cold coffee so they opted for hot coffee. But I am a big cold coffee so yes I ordered it. It was the yummiest cold coffee I have tasted in my entire life. It was a very small and simple shop of ice cream yet its taste can’t be defeated even by the big and expensive shops.  It was 11 PM at night and we are not allowed to stay out that long at night so we booked careem again and headed towards home.  That was the best girls night out I ever experienced. ***Thank you for your time! My Kitchen Garden Being surrounded by nature is something that I love the most. Sometimes I wish I could live in a jungle in a small cabin among the big green trees. I have seen many such cabins on Airbnb and it is a dream of mine and I will make it come true with hard work (InShaAllah). Anyways, for now, as it is spring here so I decided to sow some seeds in a few pots that I had. In springs, plants grow better so I asked my mom to bring a few seeds of various vegetables from the nursery located in the near vicinity of my house. The other day my mother went there and randomly picked seeds of green chilies, Mint, Coriander, Taro root, apricot, and a cutting of Aloe vera. Actually, these plants once grown, prove really handy as coriander, mint, and chilies are almost added to every eastern dish and as for aloe vera, it is a wonder for your skin and hair. If you have hair fall issues like I have these days, or you have acne-prone dull skin then aloe vera is there for the rescue. Besides, some people also eat it in addition to applying it as a mask. Anyways, as I’ve not sown seeds before and I had no idea how much water they might be needing but I decided to give it a go. So I had these 5 to 6 small pots and two big pots.  I sowed chilies, mint, and apricot in the small pots. I also planted a stem or two of aloe vera in both small and big pots. After this, I would water them each day but I wasn’t aware of the quantity of water each plant requires. So initially I gave them plenty of water due to which aloe vera and mint plants wilted. Later my mother told me that these two plants require less water, if you will flood them with water they’ll die. I took her advice and reduced the quantity of water for these two plants. I got a little disappointed when I saw the pots even after weeks empty without even a small twig. It felt like all this effort went in vain. However, one day when I went outside to give millet to my parrots, I saw these beautiful green branches with small leaves coming out of almost every pot. I quickly called my mom outside to come and see whether they are our vegetable plants or some random shrubs. She confirmed that those were vegetable plants. I can’t even tell you guys the level of my happiness. Chili plants had even those little white flowers that blossom to become chili. Coriander leaves were fully grown and ready to be used in food recipes. I don’t know whether they grew up so fast or it was me who stopped noticing them and when I saw they were all grown up. Whatever the reason was, I was so glad to see them. Now it was time to utilize these homegrown vegetables in food. There is this food item called “Samosa” which is made of chicken and you can add vegetables to it as well. So I decided to add coriander leaves to it. I took scissors and started cutting coriander branches out of the pot. It is so satisfying, to have your own kitchen garden because then you don’t need to buy vegetables from the market that are costly and often stale. But you are always sure about the freshness of vegetables coming from your kitchen garden. As it is the month of Ramadan, so we also make Mint margaritas often to kill the heat of summer. So I made it using mint leaves from my own kitchen garden.  It was the best margarita I’ve ever tried in my life. Now I am waiting for chilies and apricots so I can make something out of them as well. I hope you liked reading about my kitchen garden. ***Thank you for your time! Keep smiling!*** All images are self taken.

Pinterest: My Favorite Social Media Platform Modern age is the age of social media and there is not even a slightest doubt about it. It can be proved both a menace or blessing depending about how you utilize it and how much time you spend on various social media platforms or social media applications. There was a time when Facebook was launched and its popularity spread like fire in jungle, people got crazy about it and from school going kids to university going adults all engaged themselves in Facebook. I was in F.Sc when I first signed up on Facebook, no doubt my excitement was of next level as we were used to simple call and text messages and suddenly there was this application which had so many cool features. When anything is introduced for the first time, it becomes popular but with the passage if time it loses its worth and popularity but in case of Facebook, its popularity is still the way it was before. However, with time many other social media platforms have come into existence like Instagram, snapchat, twitter, WhatsApp etc. If you ask me, I will say that I find Instagram more interesting than Facebook. It’s also become so popular and many people are earning a handsome amount of money through blogging on Instagram. It is full of bloggers and online shopping marts etc. I stopped using my Facebook ID a long time ago as I lost interest in it because of the various updates that made it boring at least for me. Now I rarely log in to check for a few important things. Right now I have WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest installed on my iPhone. I don’t use snapchat because I find it difficult to use I don’t know why but I just don’t get its features. Although I signed up once or twice but I gave up. That application is not meant for me. So among the four social media apps that I use, I love Pinterest the most. I mean if you ask me one application that I can’t live without, it will be Pinterest (obviously after WhatsApp, actually WhatsApp is the need of today but Pinterest is where my heart belongs). I know that it’s not much famous among folks but I find it exactly of my type. I like it because: It’s not a proper chatting app where people can chat with you and video call you. It is minimal sort of application in this context. Of course people can message you but you can’t have long chats like on Facebook and Instagram. Secondly, you get pictures and ideas related to anything in the world. Whether you want ideas for dress stitching, home decor, makeup tips, quotes etc you can get it from Pinterest. Last but not least, I like this application the most because I don’t know why but whenever I open it, there are these beautiful aesthetic pictures on the wall about “Winters”, “Autumn”, “Harry Potter”, “vintage”, “traveling” etc I get so involved in these pictures that I can’t keep track of time as how much I have spent scrolling down my Pinterest wall. Even on Instagram I have followed such pages, which give a vintage sort of aesthetic vibe. These pages really soothe my mind and soul. So I love Pinterest. What About you guys? Which social media application do you like the most? ***Thank you for your time! Keep smiling!*** All images are self taken except lead image which is from Google.

"A review on my town's restaurants food" You guys must be aware of the fact by now that I am a very big foodie. Visiting different restaurants and trying out various cuisines is something that I am highly into. I have been to almost all the restaurants in my city except a few ones. It is a very common fact that the main thing that captures your attention while you visit a restaurant is its food. But, the ambiance of the restaurant also plays an important role in capturing the attention of customers. I am saying this out of my personal experience that even if I visit a restaurant that has average food taste but the environment is calm and the interior is beautiful then I would really want to visit that place again and again. Another thing that adds to the ranking of a restaurant is how the staff treats you or how quick their service is. If the staff is polite and gentle then there is no way you will leave that place with a bad experience. Last but not least, if they provide quick service, then they will always be on your go-to list. Now let me share my experience with different restaurants in my area. **OX & GRILL:** Starting with my favorite Special Beef Steak and Chicken Quesadillas of OX & GRILL. Honestly speaking I’ve tried many streaks but their steak is the best in town. I also tried their strawberry shake and it was top notch. I would rate them 10/10. Besides, the environment and the interior were so aesthetic with beautiful dim lights. **HOWDY:** Howdy is the most famous restaurant in my town, especially for burgers. I’ve been there with my cousins. The interior is based on the Howdy Cow Boy theme and it is more of a youngsters type restaurant. We ordered their famous “Son-of-bun” burgers and two steaks. One was “White Texan Pasta steak” and the other “Mushroom Pepper steak”. I would give a 9/10 rating to their food. Quantity was generous and the food was yummy. Specially steaks were the best. **MINDANOS:** When it comes to buffets, Mindanos provide the best buffets in town. They have a wide variety of meals starting from appetizers to Asian to Italian to desserts and then beverages everything is delicious and one of a kind. Besides, I can say with full confidence that this is the only restaurant that offers the yummiest lasagna I have ever tried. I have tried lasagnas from many places but they don’t do justice to its taste as Mindanos does. I will give it a 10/10 rating both for ambiance and food. Actually, it has become my top favorite restaurant these days. **ATRIO CAFE & GRILL:** Ok so before going into the details of their food taste, let me take out a few moments to praise the location of this restaurant. It’s situated on the rooftop of a building in F-7 from where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the entire Margalla hills. Having food with a view is not something that you get at every restaurant. Talking about their food, I ordered pasta, steak, and lasagna. The pasta was really yummy, and the steak was average but I didn’t like their Lasagna at all. It was not as tasty as it looked from outsiders. I will rate their food 7/10. **ROASTERS:** This restaurant is situated on the backside of Ox and grill cafe and both of them taste a bit similar. The ambiance is excellent and their food is yummy. I ordered steak and Pasta and both were enough in quantity and no doubt tasty. It was up to my expectations. I will rate them 9/10. **TAYTO:** If you are looking for someplace not very expensive with good food, you must visit Tayto. It has actually many branches throughout the town but I’ve visited only two. They have a variety of dishes and their taste is just finger-licking good. I’ve tried their “Fish & Chips” along with their “margarita” and “cold coffee”. I would say they have the best beverages. I totally recommend this restaurant. I will give them an 8/10 rating. **CHACHA JEE:** Last but not least, nothing can beat the taste and spices of Asian foods. So, at “Chacha Jee” I tried their famous Barbecue platter, which had “Chicken karahi”, “Biryani”, “Makhni haandi”, “Naan”, “Raita” and “Salad”. Its quantity was generous, more than enough for two. In addition to that, the taste was delicious, be it Biryani or Karahi everything was yummiest. I would highly recommend this place and rate it 9/10. So that was all, I hope you guys have enjoyed reading my article and your mouth must be watering by looking at these yummy dishes, as mine still does when I look at them. ***Thank you for your time and patience. Keep smiling!*** All images are self taken unless mentioned otherwise.

"Finger Licking Delicious Chicken White Karahi Recipe" **Article No. 03** “Food” is the word that makes our mouths water and if the food is delicious what else can make us happier. Food is also the prime necessity of all living beings and also the major need to satisfy the taste buds of many people including myself. There are different cuisines around the globe like Asian, Italian, French, Mediterranean, etc and every cuisine has its specialties and special ingredients that make them unique and one of a kind. Unlike many people who restrict themselves to only their local cuisine, I personally want to give every cuisine a go.  I’ve tried Pasta, Lasagna, Pizza, Steak, Biryani, Chicken Karahi, and many moré dishes that I don’t know even remember now and I swear every dish has something special and unique that you can’t get enough of them. Among many things that I have not tried yet, Sushi is one of them. I’ve heard a lot about it and I hope soon I will try it. Although it’s quite expensive here in my region, but who cares when you have an amazing platform like read.cash where you can earn money, and later get yourself sushi and get to tell your experience of sushi on this platform again and earn money out of it.  Anyways, being a foodie, today I am here to share with you my recipe for ***“Chicken White Karahi”.*** I don’t know how many of you here are aware of this dish but I am sure about one thing after trying this dish out you will not want to stop. It’s actually a chicken dish where chicken is cooked in yogurt and cream along with many other spices. I usually don’t put a lot of spices in my dishes as they are not good for health. So those of you who like spicy food, you can add spices according to your taste. One thing I like the most about this recipe is that it takes only half an hour to be cooked. Isn’t it amazing? So let’s get started! ****Ingredients Required:**** Chicken 1 Kg  Yogurt 1/2 Kg Oil 5 Tablespoons  Garlic Powder 1 teaspoon  Garlic and Ginger Paste 1 and a half tablespoon 8 Green Chillies Salt (according to your taste) Coriander Powder 1 Tablespoon  Red chili Flakes 1 Teaspoon  Red Chili Powder 1 Teaspoon  1 Pack of Cream Coriander leaves  ****Steps To Follow:**** First of all marinate the chicken in yogurt, ginger garlic paste, 4 crushed green chilies, and garlic powder. Marinate it for at least half an hour. However the longer you marinate it, the tastier it will become.  Now pour the oil into a pan and heat it at low flame. When oil is heated, add the marinated chicken to it and change the flame from low to medium. Stir it repeatedly. After five minutes, add salt, red chili powder, red chili flakes, and coriander powder in it, and keep stirring. Now cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.  After 10 minutes, open the pan and add 1 full pack of cream in it and mix it well. Now cover the pan again, turn the flame to low, and keep it again for 15 minutes this time. After 15 minutes our dish is ready. For garnishing spread some coriander leaves and green chilies cut in julienne shape over chicken white karahi.  *****Tip:***** If you want to have bbq taste and aroma in your white chicken karahi then take a piece of coal and heat it till it gets red hot. Place it in a small utensil over white karahi and sprinkle some oil on the burning coal. The moment it starts smoking cover the pan to trap the smoke in the pan.  I hope you liked my recipe. Let me know in the comments. *****Thank you for reading this! Keep smiling!***** Lead image is from Google. The other image is self taken.

"Down the childhood road" If I am ever given a superpower I would like that to travel back in time. Do you know why? *Because I miss my childhood so much!!!* When I was a child, my mother used to tell me her childhood stories and she wished only if she could go back to those days, and I remember I used to get irritated and said: "Why you say so? There is nothing special in childhood. You can't go anywhere or can't do anything on your own". Then she would say: "I am leaving this question to your adulthood. One day when you will grow up, I will ask you the same question and I would want to hear its answer from you". Today I am all grown up with many responsibilities upon my shoulders and just missing how golden my childhood was. Free of worries and tensions. It's actually human nature that we never value good times, and once that time slips away we wish for it to come back. I remember that from my childhood days I was very fond of collecting stationary e.g pencils, erasers, scales, colored pencils, diaries, etc. There was this place which I hated to go to and my mother would always convince me by saying that: "If you come with me there, then I will buy you lots of stationary things".  As a child, I was always that kind of kid who loves to watch cartoons and lives in fantasy. My favorite cartoon was "WINX CLUB". I used to think of myself as the fairy "***BLOOM***". Ah! Children are so innocent. When I think of those things I laugh at my foolishness but there is also beauty in this innocence that disappears as we grow up. I used to collect Cartoon Network magazines and posters which came to our house weekly along with newspapers. In summers at noon, when no one would come out due to scorching heat, I was the one who would wander the streets. I still remember me and my friends used to play from morning till evening in our street. We used to take a break only at sunset, then after that, we would come out again and resume playing again. We used to play many games like "Hide & Seek", "Pithu Garam", "Kho Kho", "Ice Water" and many more. Then on Eid, my mother used to doll me up and I would go out to my friends', we would exchange Eid cards and spend the entire day playing. This is how Eids used to be back then. Now, Eid comes and goes and we don't even notice. We spend the entire Eid day now sleeping. And today I truly understand the meaning of that phrase that our elderly relatives used to say: ***"Eid is merely for kids"*** These are the memories of my childhood that I cherish. What about yours? ***Thank you for your precious time! Stay Safe!*** All photos are retrieved from google except last one which is self taken.
