Last night ordered cookies from a local shop here. They tasted average and were so hard to chew. Definitely not going to order. I miss crumble hazelnut cookies though.

October has started and I am a bit excited as it is my birthday month. It brings all nice autumn vibes with itself, and yes it also lets us know that winters are just around the corner.

Today finally my parents have left the house we spent our entire lives in. They have moved to a new one. We are already missing our home. May they get to make more beautiful memories in the new one.

Yesterday I made prawn karahi for the first time. Luckily it turned out to be very delicious. I followed FOOD FUSION recipe. I have tried their recipes many times and they never disappoint.

After almost two weeks I took my daughter to the park and when we got there we found out that the park was temporarily closed. Hopefully it will open soon.

Today I am going to Sharjah. There is this area there known as “Rola” which gives all “Pakistani vibes” as it is mostly inhabited by Pakistani people. The shops, the food everything makes me miss Pakistan a lot more.

Yesterday in market I saw a kid of about 9 years age. He was wandering around and crying badly. Actually he was lost. He couldn’t speak urdu and English as he was Persian. Later on he found his family with the help of a shopkeeper. We were relieved to see him with his family. But what an irresponsible behaviour on his family’s part.

I am so bored. I want to do something fun and entertaining. But can’t think of anything. I am sleepy too. I think boredom makes you sleepy too.

Planning on going to Dubai Mall today. Let’s see how the plan goes. I am very excited to see the famous fountain show. Although I have seen it in Park view city Islamabad. But Dubai’s fountain show is going to be epic I am sure.

The clothing brands of Pakistan that I love do not sell their product here and the ones I have no interest in can be seen here in every mall. Getting good Pakistani dresses here is so difficult.

A visit to Dubai Mall Finally I got the chance to visit the famous Dubai Mall today. Although we were supposed to go there yesterday but due to some unforeseen reasons we couldn’t. Dubai mall really is an amazing and one of the best malls I have been to so far. It has every international brand and is so big that literally my feet are hurting today. I just tried The French Bakery’s Tiramisu cake. I must say it was the best out of every cake I’ve had in my life. It was so fresh and not too sweet.

Here in UAE every other person has Vitamin D deficiency as they have very little sun exposure. Sunlight is so scorching that people prefer to stay indoors. Sunlight is the best source of Vitamin D but due to extreme heat they have very less exposure to it.

The two most difficult things for me about workout are STARTING it and then staying CONSISTENT. I have started it from yesterday, now let’s see how long I stay consistent with it.

We have planned to go to Legoland Dubai on Monday morning. I hope we will enjoy our trip.

Tomorrow I have to get up really as we are going to Legoland as planned. The mere thought of getting up early is enough to give me chills. Anyways I am looking forward to a joyful day ahead.

Today we spent the entire day at Legoland. I wasn’t excited about this trip because it’s more of a kids place but it was the best place to be even for us adults. Tomorrow we are going to Safari. Let’s hope this trip will also be memorable.

I loved today’s Safari Park tour. I got to see many wild life animals. We took a round of the entire park in a bus among openly roaming animals like Lion, Hippo, Giraffes etc.

Today all of us were in a relaxing mode as we have been travelling a lot for the last 3 days. Rest is also important because without it we won’t be able to really enjoy what is coming up next.
