It is so hard to survive the night with AC. One moment you feel that temperature is unbearably high so you turn on the AC and boom! you fall asleep. Until, you start feeling so cold that you have to get up again and turn it off.

I have noticed that people of this generation have zero or very low patience level. Not everyone but majority. The other day I accidentally bumped into a lady and the way she looked at me felt like she’s going to kill me. We don’t even give the margin of a tiny humanly mistake to others.

Lunar Eclipse 2025 I go for walk daily at night around 10 pm. The place where I walk is usually quite empty except for the people passing by. Today when I reached my spot, it was shockingly crowded. Everyone was holding phone and clicking something on the sky. When I got closer, I saw moon which was all red and shadowy today. It was a lunar eclipse in many parts of the world. Pancakes & Pizza Today out of nowhere I had such a strong pancake craving that I couldn’t resist making them. So I took out a pancake recipe video from youtube and made them. Initially, one or two didn’t turn out the way I expected. But rest of them were really delicious. Then at night, I ordered pizza from pizza hut. It was quite non traditional kind of rectangular long pizza with different flavoured portions.

Lately I have been using Bukhoor instead of room air freshener. First of all it is made from oud wood, rose or any other naturally occurring fragrance substance. Secondly, it smells amazing and is long lasting.

Some days are really heavy on heart when you are far away from your parents. You so want to hug them but you can’t. The time you spend with your parents is the most precious time. Value that time and don’t take it for granted. You’ll realise it once you are miles apart from them.

I went to a park today with my daughter. She gets really bored at home. Although it was mentioned there that only 6 to 12 years old are allowed to ride the swings but the child inside me couldn’t resist. So I rode those swings too & enjoyed my time there with my daughter.

I got lucky today A few days back we went to a super market to do some shopping. As we finished shopping and were about to step out, a person holding a voucher came and asked us to fill it out. Whenever it seems like summers are coming to an end, suddenly hot weather takes its toll and proves us wrong. Two days back weather was so pleasant that we were going to the park every day. Have you guys tried Lays chips in paratha? Today I made myself a paratha in breakfast, spread some cheese on it, placed an omelette and then sprinkled some crushed Lays on top, rolled the paratha and believe me , it was so delicious.

Today I am making Chicken & potato cutlets for my toddler. I hope she will like it. Instead of giving biscuits , chips and other junk I think it’s better to give such snacks which are nutritious and tasty.

So my parents and rest of the family are moving to a new house. I am really upset for leaving that house as I have spent my entire life there. It’s so hard to let go of the things which are so dear to us. But sometimes we are helpless we have to do things that we don’t want to. This is life.

Arabs are so fond of tea but their tea is not OUR CUP OF TEA. They make it so strong that it reaches the level of “bitterness”. I haven’t found here a single place here where I can get my type of tea.

I don’t know why but in my dreams I always find myself in my school. I never see my college, University or academy. Similarly I always dream of my childhood house not the house where I live now. I think the places where you have spent a lot of time specially your childhood, those places never fade in memories. They are always found in our subconscious.

Everyone at my house is heartbroken as Pakistan lost the match. I am also a bit sad. But I think it’s fine after all it was just a match. They beat us in the playing field and we beat them outside.
