I once heard about dignifying sadness. And with the passage of time I have learned to value and see that, in my own and in others. I have come to think that there is nothing more pure. The problem is when the person does not know what to do with it. There it becomes a prison, overwhelm, fears, insecurities. For me, the birth of art is based on sadness. The paintings, books, songs that have been created out of sadness are excellent. Unique. If we think about it, things look easy when one is happy, the world is not so cruel. But when sadness is the engine that moves your actions, and you learn to guide them, writing, painting, playing an instrument, sculpting, dancing. Something unique comes out. Sadness is unique, and you see more of a person when he does something wrong than when he is happy.
